It’s so true that love should start from one self who loves himself or herself (in a healthy way) before sharing that love with someone, as opposed to looking for someone to fill the void. I appreciate your notion that love isn’t an ownership. It hits home on many levels - friendship, marriage and parenting. Before love turns into a broken heart syndrome, I’m determined to love right. Thank you Dr. Tany🙏🏻
