3 sticks dried bean curd
1 cup water
1 cup dried banana flower
1 cup wood ear mushroom
1 cup dry shitake mushroom
1500 g porkbelly
3 stalks of green onion
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt and black pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chicken soup mix
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 dried squid
1/4 dried small shrimp
