My dermatologist says that exfoliating damages the skin. What’s your take on that? Also, my mother in law insist that your skin can only get clean with a washrag. If that is the case am I not washing my body with the product I use to wash my clothes? Also,, when you dry your skin with a towel after using one of your face soaps, did I not just replace the brilliance of your product with the chemicals used to wash my wash cloth? Thank you so much.

What can I use for my hair and scalp especially. I wash my hair but after 1 day with no activities or exercise my hair especially my scalp smells sweaty and feels grommet. What bar shampoo can you recommend ?
