Final Trivium Reaction of the night! The last 3 songs will be released sometime this weekend!

Every song on this album is killer, but this one is definitely one of my favorites. Kinda gives me some Iron Maiden vibes in the main melody. Can’t wait for you to hear Fall Into Your Hands too!
@jw311873 жыл бұрын
Its definitely sounds like it pulls quite a bite from Fear Of The Dark. Which is amazing imo

I was thinking the same thing. Matt even hits the super high note at the end

I haven't got pure chills from a Trivium song like this since Shogun. As far as ranks, this is now my favorite Trivium album to date. In my opinion they finally topped the Shogun album which I never thought would happen

I couldn’t agree more on the goosebump factor. My soul is so happy to have this now. It’s a great time to be a Trivium fan.

Still a Shogun man, but this is arguably their best song since that album dropped.

@@ROFLBOB24 the phalanx is really good too !

@@MrThePessimist this song and the Phalanx were definitely the peaks of this album for me. I'm not even sure I'm gonna say this album was better than their previous two, but the peaks are most definitely higher.
@pascalschulz58942 жыл бұрын
@@MrThePessimist The Phalanx was a song they've written while writing Shogun, glad they waited until now.. As much as I love Travis Smith - he would've never had that kind of creativity as Alex does and thus.. yeah the song wouldn't have been that good. Demo still sounded killer tho.

I especially love the notes Matt is hitting when singing " IN THE SHADOW OF ABATTOIR ". Its gets me everytime! Its pure epicness!

Beautiful, I love how the beginning clean guitar plays roughly the same melody as Matt's vocals in the chorus. Kinda makes the chorus seem instantly recognizable.

And as a bass player myself, I am so glad Paolo is getting a lot of limelight on this album.

Dude, Matt is a low baritone, he has no business singing C#5 in mixed voice. Insane.

The first verse that Matt sings reminds me of Wake (The End is Nigh) from Vengeance Falls... Some might disagree, but I think it's close to that track

The beggining sounds a lot to Iron Maiden (my fav banda, besides Trivium and Megadeth), I fucking love this song. IMO they finally surpass what they made in Shogun, sorry for my english, greetings from México, I love ur reactions.

The album is awesome. It’s really hard to put it above Shogun and Ascendancy for me, but I think being able to compare it to those albums after just a couple listens, tells you just how high quality this album is, even by Trivium’s standards

It's really difficult to pick one song from this album as the favourite one for me, but after listening to this record multiple times, till now this song is my number 1, such a brilliant and unique song, such a beautiful melody About the album rank, my favourite trivium album is "the sin and the sentence" and after that, " shogun " , when I heard "what the dead man said" multiple times , I said alright this is a really great album but top of those two albums?nope, I don't think so😁 but this one, this fucking album is really pushing me through a difficult situation because it's so good and already better than last one , and it's really close to be even my favourite album😂 I don't know what to say yet I was really waiting for your reaction to this album, I found your channel during the sin and the sentence area

Probably cos he doesn't know that at all. He follows instrumentals quite great. And he knows the band members names. But he doesn't know who all are really singing. You can't tell unless you have paid close attention to every single Trivium song, including Liveshow videos.
