The Chair apparatus is a fantastic way to track progression on where you once started and how far you have come. In this 30 minute full body workout, we will use the split pedal to build coordination and take a fundamental exercise to an advanced level. This will create stamina in the body as you flow to one exercise to the next challenging your body along the way...because 'You Know You Got This!'

Is this ok for osteopenia that neck part of exercise,what’s the modified then thanks

Hi Carmen, are you referring to the exercise, Jackknife, at the end of the workout around the 25 minute mark? If so then I would recommend modifying with a mat version of Scissors to continue to challenge your core while maintaining a neutral spine and head down. Hope this helps!
