Probably one of the best homes you've shown. Not much of a fan of modern, boxy, cold, homes that seem to be the trend in Vegas. Even with the dated counter tops and sinks, this home has character and functionality..... Do you know who the architect was and if the firm, with the designers of this home, are still kicking about? Just a wonderful layout.

You can tell they came in and revamped this house. They did a beautiful job on it. That garage is well planned out for a true car garage because of the pop outs designs on the side. Very, very nicely done, except for the steps. They did not want to spend any money there.

I was having the same problems with my hands between the hand sanitizer and the soap. My wife used Hempz body lotion and had me start using it on my hands. It keeps them hydrated. I use it about 3 times a day. You can Hempz at Amazon or in Walmart. Love the home by the way. I can't believe it is 26 years old as good of condition as it is in.

Very pleasantly surprised by this home...when I heard '96 I wasn't expecting much. All the bathrooms need re-done to have 36" vanities and newer sinks/better cabinetry, and I'm also not a fan of those giant square tubs in the upstairs bedrooms. That garage definitely needs some work too...but other than that, I can't really say I'd change a whole hell of a lot about this home other than making sure everything is up to date maintenance wise or just a bit of general TLC. Still not worth 2.5 mil though.

Chakits, this is a beautiful home. But my complaint about this one and other homes you've shown, is having the master on the ground floor. IMHO, the master should ALWAYS be on the upper levels, and with a balcony if the home has them. The servants quarters belong on the ground floor. I would have to find a way to turn that 2nd level game room into the master and move the game room downstairs. Other than that, it is a lovely home.

I can get in and out of that garage no problem, plenty of room. I love it, love the steam shower, the kitchen, the MB. This is beautiful. Its just huge. The only things I would improve on it is, I would definitely put in a new toilet for the master bath...those toilets are a little too low, and I would get rid of the carpet, change the sliders, and I would need a railing for going up or down into that sunken room, but I really like this house. I think an electric gate in front of the property would be great to keep others from trying to maneuver in and out of that driveway. But, honestly you have plenty of room in that driveway. love all the lights. I don't like all the trees so close the house, and that electric box. Nice home, really nice. Nine baths...definitely need some help with all those bathrooms...oh it pronounced ba-day. great video. beautiful home.
