For a 2017, I can see that the water softener DEFINITELY did its job!!! The seat @ 37:50 is where Little Miss Muffin, sat on her tuffin, eating her curds and whey. Speaking of seats, the two folding chairs when you walked in... I was SOLD Andrew!!! I would remove the fridge cover TO SEE the nice S/S refrigerator, no shame there!!! Those barnacle/fisheye tiles are a no go, they're outta here!!!

I just got back from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and looking for a Vacation Home. I have seen Homes & Condos there on the beach. I saw a beautiful Home for 1.9 million dollars right on the beach 3 bedrooms with their own private bathroom 2 story. Living Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom and Master bath on the first floor with Balcony overlooking the beach. The second floor with 2 bedrooms and their own bathrooms and another Living Room between the bedrooms all with a balcony overlooking the beach where you hear the waves coming in Absolutely beautiful. They have a gym, that is outside looking over the beach. Oh! and there are four other homes and a private beach for the homeowners only. Gated Community. Awesome. This home is beautiful, but I thought it was very private. It overlooks a lot of homes.

Nice house overall. But what would bother me is that I am upstairs cooking or watching tv. And other people would be downstairs gaming, or watching the game. So all the sounds and noise would come upstairs.

Nothing personal. But you drag something out for 44 minutes when you should be able to get a smaller home done in five minutes a larger home maybe 14 minutes. I mean people that have looked at 30 homes already don’t wanna waste 44 minutes watching one home.so shorten it up because it’s losing my interest it’s way too dragged out. I also don’t care for how you show the infinity pool at the neighbors house but you don’t show the backyard. I definitely want to see the backyard from up above, definitely. You’re gonna go downstairs and show show with your camera the backyard but if you’re showing the neighbors pool from up on top on the second story, you need to show the home that people are buying from up on top.

@daidavies6210 Plenty of reasons. Because they might have a family or friend staying with them long-term and they want separate garages for privacy. One might be for regular cars and one for off road vehicles that get dirty. Once again, not everyone is broke like you....living on your "Yacht" 😄😄🤣
