I know this reply is very late, but I'm curious about how this home is more vulnerable than any other comparable 4000+ sf home? Do you say that because of the multiple sliders? The spiral staircase to the balcony/loft? Certain windows? I'd tend to think that any similarly designed home would have multiple points of entry and that deadbolts and lock bars would keep a majority of intruders out. Sincere question...where am I off?

I love the house, I don't like the added fees for just owning the house in a gated community. For the back yard I would put a pool on the opposite side of the jacuzzi and the fireplace in-between. Where the foosball table is I would put a pool table. And the house has so much room, I kinda would like a panic room.

Once again, the correct terminology for cabinet feature is...."SOFT CLOSE" not Soft Shut. From an educational standpoint some of your viewers are first time home buyers and may repeat your improper terminology to their builders, interior designers, real estate agents etc. These viewers rely on your real estate/professional expertise and your accurate factual description. I think as a professional, you need to correctly state the name of an item even if you do not agree on what it should be called. I remember purchasing my first home over 10 yrs ago and I was totally clueless since I came from a family of habitual renters. I looked up to my real estate agent to guide me with their knowledge/expertise since I had no idea what I was getting myself into. These home buyers do hang onto your very word and you are a huge influencer, so please try to be accurate in your detailed descriptions. Trust me...buyers will appreciate you more and in turn word of mouth will provide you with abundant clientele. (I see you truly love what you do...I just want you to continue on your growth to success).
