My husband and I actually visited this model home when it opened. This house by far is our dream home. We even sat in the living room and watched Sting’s concert. The tv was on and we just sat there and daydreamed the house was ours lol

In a flash, this is what came to me in mind...food you eat has skin on it, which looks appealing to pick and looks good enough to eat! we need to eat! we need shelter/a property for preserving reasons protection/ security. we need a sense of happiness which is found with or without a property. However, We as humans are created in the flesh. Words like vanity and the original meaning makes no sense to those who are looking to put in the work...including the builders and architects. We are all here from creation to create and there is nothing wrong for WORKING on a beautiful luxurious home when you have plans on how you will maintain it for the greater good. When your reasons are a positive one for why you believe you should deserve a home like this, why should anyone doubt working towards one until you finally get it... What is vanity when we eat more than one choice of food each day because the body needs a variety of nutrients? to main a healthy diet? What is vanity when the body needs to keep fit for health reasons? What is vanity when you put in the hard work or smooth work on a hard surface to shelter yourself with a home of such potential and great performance that you know you will someday leave behind to somebody else. What is Vanity if someday you have to leave it all behind and move on in spirit! no matter what you choose in life you will have it and let go. This is a balance. What does this word VANITY even mean again? Don't be afraid to be MORE YOU and not to B-LESS you! The tests are endless. may the day be good to you all.

Very likely to get full appraisal from the bank, you got the stunning location, the beautiful house and later on you still can upgrade the tilework, front door, cabinetry etc. to make it fancy like this. Like wow (or should I say Diam), this is the best floorplan from William Lyons you have toured, downstairs master, a loft with an office alcove, a great room to die for, and a formal dining room. The plan flows very, very well. The interior design, the black, white and brass&gold harkens to the Hollywood regency style. Very elegant design and melds very well with this commodious interior.
