@@ritvarsskujins7495 It looks like Chalk is a resource. You start with one chalk and need to get to a wall to create any weapon. For more advanced and better guns, get more chalk. Any gun will consume a certain amount of chalk, and an outline of the gun will be shown with a meter format, for how much more you need. Guns only come with so much ammo, and ammunition will need to be drawn, or you can go get another gun. Health is semi-arbitrary, no health bar. I do hope you can get armor. Kevlar, hard plates, helmets...

Is there any possibility of ya'll considering a *VR* Chalk Warfare game? Seems like the perfect way to bring it to life with the motion controllers actually able to draw your weapons. Like a cross between Pavlov and Tilt Brush.

It'd take a lot of chalk man. And a lot of time. on the other hand, Iron Man is immune to 20mm API from an M61 Vulcan Rotary Autocannon... To kill you, they'd need an RPG or some other dedicated AT weapon.

We need a chalk warfare game. Might I suggest a way to “draw” the guns ourselves? Like maybe in a menu outside of battles where we follow a basic stencil but get to draw the gun how we want to like in the draw a stick man games

You should be able to draw weapons for chalwarfare however you want, either in normal gamplay or as mods for private matches

That 100% would be the intention, the idea we were toying with on this was that it would work through previous stencils you have drawn pre-game, that you can access in game. It takes chalk to draw the weapons, so bigger/ better weapons is more expensive spend.

That is awesome, really like that idea drawing screen to draw your weapons decide where they shoot from by addind a "shoot" dot to a part of the drawing. Honestly guys if you can come up with a plan to make this happen and you just need funding you should just go to kickstater becuase I would totally back the game (the firstime I would back anything on kikstater) and I don't even like shooters that much. PS: dont forget melee weapons

legend123ify So our current testing uses interactive mouse input swiping diagonally, so the user guides the drawing and speed based on their input. Apologize we didn't have footage to show how it was being drawn in!

Excited for the future and what this channel has to offer! I appreciate the honesty and openness as well. I would personally love to see Chalk Warfare developed into a video game. It's an amazing concept with A LOT of potential. If you guys could make fluid game mechanics and allow the gamer to create armor/weapons on the fly, I really think it could be a hit. A battle royale style may suit the game as well, such as Fortnite. Keep up the good work and I look forward to 2018 being your best year yet!

Would be cool if in the game there's 2 separate parts, the drawing board where you desing your weapons out of combat and give them characteristics, I imagine it being like there's several pieces with different functions (barrels, stocks, ammo and much more) but you can edit how those pieces look for more personalization. The bigger, the more powerful and the more utilities a weapon has, the longer it takes your character in combat to draw them, and you consume more chalk, I feel like that's how you can have a balance between drawing, action and gameplay c:

I think chalk warfare was meant to be a video game to begin with, and I have a suggestion for a mechanic in the future of this game: how about the player can go through a catalog of different guns in an in game shop, and during matches they can select different guns to draw on a hot bar, much like the inventory system of fortnite?

Idea of how the controls would work if the game gets added to vr How controlls work:the selection for the guns is the top buttons b and y and when you choose your gun if your close to a wall a outline of that gun will show up and you can only draw in the outline and the guns will have a price/chalk, 1$ pistols, 2$ small autos and shotguns, 3$ normal autos and shotguns, 4$layser gun and big guns, and finally 5$chalk glove collect more chalk to get the stones. But if you die you keep 1 chalk but if you die with the chalk glove your back to 0.
