RAE I KNOW YOU'RE READING THE COMMENTS as someone who has watched every episode, I love yours and Lisa's differences. You're too hard on yourself!! It's okay that you're not a doc prepping girlie and Lisa is, because if every podcast host was exactly the same it would be boring! You both bring something different to the table and that's why it works so well. You and Lisa empower each other in different ways and it's awesome 💖 Some of the people I've worked the best with throughout my career have been so different to me and we were the ultimate teams!!! LOVING THE POD, LOVING THE CHEMISTRY, LOVING THE HONEST CONVOS THANK YOU FOR CREATING AND SHARING THIS WITH US ☀️💖

What I love the most about this podcast is the effort that keeps being put into it. Lisa continuously thrives to be a good host and contribute regardless of who the guest is. Rae brings her spontaneity and she models the genuine different thoughts that spur in the moment. They balance each other and complement each other so beautifully and I genuinely appreciate the fact that they perfectly combine easy-going vibes with knowledge (Oh I didn’t know this and that). They care so much about this podcast and improving, they don’t ride off the fact that they’re famous faces and whatever they yap about will be enough.

I also inlove with Alythuh's style, she is always eating with her outfits. Also I love alythuh's organization lol, I feel like it grounds the podcast, but the podcast is truly at its best when you guys are just being authentic and going with your flow, not everyone elses expectational flow for a podcast. I understand you guys read the comments and listen to improve, but just a reminder don't let it completely filter you guys :) you guys are amazing women who inspire me and other girls alike, I love raes yappin, dont stop lol, and this podcast is really enjoyable when you guys are unfiltered.

This episode is really inspiring to me. I am 28 and i have an autoimmune disorder Ive dealt with my whole life. My parents are very protective, I still live with them because it feels like they dont trust me to take care of myself and it kinda feels like Im trapped and I cant do what I want and progress in life. I get it because they have sacrificed so much for my health but I just want to live my own life. This is inspiring me to strive to make a name for myself and not let my autoimmune disorder define me. I have wanted to stream and post on YT but Ive procrastinated for like 5 years. Im scared of putting myself out there because in school I could always tell people saw me differently than a normal person because of my disorder and Im scared of social interactions and scared of what people think of me. I just want to be seen like a human and taken seriously but its hard when parents dont trust me to take care of myself and when people feel bad for me or see me different. But seeing this episode Im gonna just say fuck it and put myself out there and stream for the fun of it and not worry what people think. Im gonna just do it for me, and help others like me along the way and let them know they are not alone. :)

On the topic of religion and death/afterlife I've been contemplating a lot about whether or not I'm agnostic still (especially since I just considered that I do believe in spirits/miracles so I must believe in some form of an afterlife, anyway), however, I recently rewatched episode 3 (season 1) of Midnight Gospel (if you haven't watched it I HIGHLY recommend it!!!) and it's a discussion about the process of developing an astral body. We have two types of deaths: physical and one that unveils our solar/astral body. Once that solar body is developed, the consciousness can be preserved and moved between the physical and metaphysical realms apparently. Such a wild concept I've decided to dedicate some energy and time into learning soon, but I figured you ladies would appreciate it and might enjoy the lesson to some degree. Love everything about this podcast and you two ladies!
