It is intense. Even if you have to put the weight down for a few seconds the intensity will still be there waiting for the rest of the reps.

This is only one concept. I use this concept with several different movements, exercises, weight ranges, etc. The possibilities are endless.

Weight is really just resistance! As long as you are creating enough resistance for the muscle the muscle only knows to keep pushing… not wonder how much weight is being moved.
