Unless the airbox is a choke point, limiting air flow, taking it off so you're pulling heated underhood air will lower HP output. It's especially bad on a Cummins because the turbo inlet is just above the exhaust manifold. You'd be better off pulling the filter and any baffling out of the stock setup or better yet running a pipe to outside air.

I run 30x14 m&h slicks on 16x10 pro comps. Once I get lightweight brakes I may go down to a 15

Should of took the fuel plate out of the old 12v and slid the AFC housing forward and block the wastegate off.
