2017 and up needle bearing size was increased in the lifter rollers across the board. Jury is still out if that did the trick.

New cam, lifters, high pressure / volume oil pump.. dodge should be paying for this.. good luck 🍀..

I am glad you used the Hellcat lifters. Most people just use a stock 5.7 lifter and claim there is no difference.

They are not claiming they are correct. The part number is the same. People just say hellcat to describe the difference between the old design and the new design. But the statement there are no hellcat lifters is correct.
