I LOVED every messy, complicated, toxic, co-dependent minute of this movie! Nothing cookie cutter about it. The cinematography - excellent. The time jumps go back and forth (like a tennis match). IMO, the music was used to make you feel the emotions of the characters versus the actual spoken words. The ending with Tashi yelling 'come on' and smiling was chef's kiss. Tashi had said she just wanted to wat some good f***ing tennis, and the boys are back together. Best film I've seen in the last few years!

What I will say about this film, it is one of the few actual love triangles where there are enough bisexuals to have everyone involved (somewhat) with everyone

With the way you've described this movie, it sounds extremely weird. And I'm not sure if I'll enjoy it or not. But I do absolutely love tennis! I've been trying to get my gf to watch tennis with me. Sadly no luck yet. In her words, she's happy for me that I enjoy watching men play with their balls but she'll stick to fun stuff like creating her Warhammer models.

Yeah its kind of absurd in an interesting way; not bad, just sort of in your face and obnoxious in my opinion, but definitely better suited to someone without my minimalistic tastes. Having said that, if maximalism is going to work in any genre, its sports. I hope you enjoy it if you do watch it!
