Two thing I usually disagree with. 1, You have to spend as much time on the subject as it is written in the teachers manual. Who says that I just ask Why? 2, Is what you mentioned brick school is a must for social development. For this people I mention that school is the only place where people together based on age. It never happened in real life.Not at work neither in gym or drawing club or any adult activities. Most people don't even marry a person who is same age. So how does brick school social when students have to stay quiet most times and many people bullied in breaks?

I agree with you in that we don't have to spend as much time as is written in the teacher's manual. Those timings are arbitrary. And yes, I mentioned brick school - and I certainly don't think that schools are the place for socialization. Oh no! That happens in the family, with friends, and as you said -at the gym, clubs etc.
