But since a lot of people kept telling it was fun I still tried to go back to it, and ugh, I still dislike this game a lot. It's funny (and also sad) how Ron became worthless in virtually every Harry Potter adaptation, and in the minds of so many fans. It's been some time since I read the books, but I think I remember him carrying his own weight and having "his moments", rather than Hermione doing 95% of the work and Harry doing 5%. Now, EVERY time Ron appears is a "Ron moment", but not a single one of them makes Ron look good.

I never understood why they changed the stories in licensed movie games. The story is already made, just copy and paste and add some extra cutscenes to replicate the movie. They did the same things with Pirates of the caribbean and Narnia. Lord of the rings and Star wars are the only movie games that actually told the same story as the movies and they even used sounds, sountrack and voices from the movies.
