I like his positive outlook. "Everything that happens to me is the best thing that could've happened to me."

The only person he lost to was a world champion. I really like what he said about drinking. I never drank. I've seen it DESTROY some really good wrestlers.

What a cool young man, his maturity is far beyond his years. Gives me great optimism to see and hear young folks like this. Wishing Kyle Dake many years to spread his positive wisdom.

Thank you Kyle Dake. For the wrestling, for the sharing of the man you've become through yourself and by your parents. You are an inspiration. If I can commit half of what you have to wrestling, the potential outcome is almost unbelievable.

As he says "just be yourself, open up, don't be in your shell" is much easier for some than others. Genetics play a role in social anxiety 'shyness', a strong sense of self and being comfortable and confident have a lot to do with upbringing, strong role models and not being exposed to childhood trauma, all things that really damage that sense of self and comfort in ones own skin. The mix of predisposed/genetic qualities and environmental factors have given this guy the gift of being able to easily say I can just hang out, be myself and have a good time without anything to help me get there. The real success stories I see are those who really overcome never having been imbued with a decent childhood or worse yet having trauma that strips them of their ability to be be themselves and happy, without feeling the need to supplement or use an additives, the ones that all too often become a form of self medication, addiction and degenerative suffering.

If you're going to take the championship best in the road attitude yes alcohol and drugs would be a downfall so if you want to be the best you need to refrain from some of that stuff or all of that stuff completely and there's other things to don't let yourself be sucked into other people's attitudes don't let yourself be sucked into women who just want to be associated with you because you're famous take your life in command and think about it before you act about anything if you are on a championship Road.
