Isnt the new championship series meant to make swimming more exciting to watch and to get new people watching the sport, yet you can only watch it on Fina's exclusive streaming service. There is still a problem here..... Hopefully ISL can fix this. Good video though

Is it allowed to drink anything before race(like pre workout) and if it is what do you drink? What do you do to activate your legs? I dont know what to do but when I get to the blocks I have no explosivnes in my legs which means my first 10-15 meters are the worst part of my race and I think I could improve my time the most with that right now.
