The fact this dude isn’t ethnically Kenyan yet he came back to invest into the country yet ethnically born Kenyans would never even come back into the country nor invest in it is very sad. I’m a Kenyan in the diaspora and this is what I plan to do, I’ll work hard and cone back invest in my country ❤️
@kim1570
@kim1570 2 жыл бұрын
Not quite so... Kenyans in the diaspora are sending a ton of money back into the country via remittances. That money is actually what's building a lot of the real estate coming up, whether in the form of building developments from the ground up or buying units off plan or ready-built. Kenyans abroad may not have the kind of money or time that Jonathan has but believe me, the dollars they send back home add up.

@@vastcapital Do you know how many black men bent over to make sure this building was approved to this foreigner who came as a missionary...reminds me of colonization. If you think this could have happened to you think again. The hurdles involved are many. It is not just about hard work. This went to the highest enchilons in the government starting from the city council and even higher. Do you know how much of the resources in Nairobi will be diverted to this building? Water, electricity to keep it going? For the pools and and steamrooms and jacuzzis? If the are drilling their water that's just to shut others down. In Eastlands people go without water for weeks because of such. The question everyone should ask is where is all the water going to come from, electricity for the others in Nairobi, the rationing! Do you know how many Africans will even qualify to live there... percentage wise? With such demand to live in a good area they may look at you and say...oh no all are sold( read: we do not want your kind here) What is the difference between Chinese and White if you are diverting your resources to cater for others and not your own? Do you know richness is not about a building, the things you have, the car you drive but it is about what is in you? This is how natives sell their country in the modern world.

You can tell he's a true European at heart, he could do ANYTHING to help the youths in Kenya, and he chooses to support a football & basketball team. Not a coding academy or a college that teaches finances & economics, entrepreneurship, large enterprise/MBA, Logistics & supply chain management, real estate & land development, leverage buy-outs & private equity. Nope, he wants to help the Kenyan youths play around with a little ball. *Don't EVER honor people like that with the title Kenyan or African. They are not like us.*
