This house is like 3 single wide's in 1, seriously it is massive! The manufacturer for this house is Deer Valley Homebuilders. The model for this home is the "Anais." I have a triple wide and I love it! The space inside is cavernous. My kitchen is massive as well as the living room. I have a den, living room, dining room, fireplace, eat in kitchen/breakfast nook , 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, walk in closets, huge front and back porch!

It's a rare find to even find a coat or linen closet in a mobile home lol. Mines brand new n my master bedroom, bathroom, & WI closet literally is about a 1/4 of the whole 4 bedroom, 2 baths, 2 living room areas, & utility room (laundry n i have a full stand up freezer in there too). Surprisingly there's a closet in the utility room which is where the water heater, heater, n a/c components are. Thank God. Yay no water heater hiding n accessed thru my master closet. My previous MH was like that, n then water heater started leaking. Didn't realize until about a year later that it had been worse than I thought. While packing up everything, I had to trash most of my purses, shoes, etc that were in the closet bc I never realized the water heater was leaking that bad. So happy all that's away from my master.

I have been obsessed with these mini mansions since I saw my very first one about 15 yrs ago. And I vowed I would own one before I leave this old world. Life and circumstances have caused set backs for plenty for me but I am sticking to, CLAIMING AND WILL WAIT TO RECEIVE for what us meant for me. And coming when it is my time! There are others who tour homes, too but, Chance, you have them all beat! You make me feel like I'm right there in that house with you. If I were younger, and more physically able, I really would go with you, and run from room to room squealing, and oohing, and ahing. I don't like every home you show us, and you probably don't either, but you always go out of your way to say something positive about all of them. I appreciate that; just because I don't like it, that doesn't mean many other people don't love it. Don't stop going off on tangents or having a little fit of silliness now and then. I can't stand it when people pretend to be so serious and sophisticated in front of a camera. Even though I'm not in the market for a house, you're my go to home tour guide!

I was thinking a closet for my fabrics and turn the master bedroom into my sewing room and use the other bedroom with the bath attached to it to sleep. Or I could use the jack and Jill bedrooms as my fabric storage room and the other for my sewing room. I'll never buy a manufactured home but I can see us living in this layout but a stick built with a huge basement under the whole house with a walkout to a pool. A game room and 2nd kitchen and maybe another guest room down there. Yes that works for me. It could go on a lake lot but I'd still have a pool but we could also get a boat. Am I dreaming too big? Probably.

Ya those bedrooms are massive compared to a lot out there, even in foundation homes. I’ve seen bedrooms half the size of the master closet. I live in a 3 bedroom ranch built in ‘70, and the master is nice at 12x15 but the third bed is about 9’ x 10’ and the second is 11x 12 almost, and these are considered. If bedrooms! If only you could have a trailer on your own land in Jersey!!!

I watch some of the modular home tours as well as a lot of other noble homes and this home is hands down my favorite 🤩. It has the best features and the most expensive look to it. I also absolutely love the big front and back porches . Plus the door in the laundry boot room that could lead to a garage or carport!!!! Yep this is the nicest one I have ever seen. the coolest mobile home was my mom and dad's 1968 HollyPark Mobile home - had built-in everything- radio, intercom system, desk, drawers, dirty clothes hamper, dish display cabinet, lots of stuff, all with that 1970s brown appliance package.... they don't make them like that anymore!

That would be a steal where I live. A 1600 sq ft mobile home will run un the 4 to 5 hundred thousands. Its horrible.

You can put a manufactured home on a foundation with a basement.

This was the biggest question in my neighborhood, as I grew up in a manufactured home community. For the price, you could buy a full single family home anywhere, and these things were like parking an RV in an economy car parking spot. But they ain't even that great. Just big.
