Although I love the video tours, and I always pretend it is my home and think about how I would decorate and organize it, I have to confess that I also watch the videos in the hopes of a pantry dance. I don't know why such a brief, silly, repetitive schtick should be so amusing & uplifting, but it is. I always feel better after seeing/hearing it. Please don't ever stop that tradition, Chance.

Feel absolutely the same about the lack of a bathtub in the master suite. My favorite part of the tours is the master bath. I always look for the tub first. 😁

I understand your point because that’s what I think people would expect from a master bath... but I’m the opposite and love when they put more into the showers. Baths aren’t my thing, and usually when they do big baths, they just do a small shower... which isn’t my thing at all. So for me it was a nice change in things.

I am sure that is an item that could be customized. Most times you can upgrade and have both tub and shower, or if not enough space you can swap for a tub...maybe not a garden tub, but at least a regular tub. I loved having garden tubs when my kids were little. Now that I am getting older, my husband and I are thinking about our future years and would like a walk in shower, wider hallways and doors (for a wheelchair for example), and bath sink with legroom (again for wc access). We are planning to downgrade to a one story house and will def be looking into options for handicap access.

I really like how the entry is separated from the living areas. I love your pantry dance and that pantry was worthy of the pantry dance! Plus I saw those nice deep pots and pans drawers under that cook top!! Very nice mud/utility room! The guest rooms are huge, as well as the closets. Love the size of the master bedroom and closet and the bathroom is very nice as well. I like all of your videos, you do a great job!

Don't worry about time... I personally would delete the dry bar and the lockers in the utility room. Also I need a fireplace in the living area. The sitting area/study I would make it an office with double pull to doors. My husband could finish part of the 2nd story with a large bedroom and bath. The remainder for Christmas storage and hobby area Keep filming!!!

There is such a variety of floor plans so should be something for everybody's wants and/or needs, if there is something you want, just keep looking at the house plans. Personally, I like a big kitchen with lots of cabinets, a pantry and room for a freezer. A 1/2 bath and coat closet near the room where company is seated is great too. This floor plan has many of these features. Thanks Chance, you are too funny !! hahahaha

Faith, The substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. There’s a missing puzzle piece in everyone’s heart. This is definitely an amazing home. Well Chance, I'm 60 and I've never been on a plane. In the second grade when we got to share our summers there was a girl that had to go to Europe and she talked about her plane ride which she said was amazing and that was when I decided I really didn't care if I ever flew on a plane. And basically I'm afraid of heights too. If I can't get there by car then I guess I can stay home or take a bus. Your videos are really fun. Keep bringing them on cuz they are very entertaining enjoy your day.

1. Really liked the sitting room when you first enter. That could also be an office or a study for kiddos. 2. Floors in the dining room are nice. Nice wet bar in the dining room. Keeps kids out from underfoot while cooking is being accomplished. 3. Like the placement of the microwave and oven. 4. CHEAP Finishes show the lack of quality. Cheap wire shelves belong in apartments, not in a home you are buying. 5. Kitchen sink should be under-mounted, which helps with cleanliness. 6. Love the open floor plan with the living room, kitchen, and dining room. 7. Love the utility room with the sink, washer and dryer, and storage for purses, backpacks, and jackets. 8. Nice size bedrooms. 9. Jack and Jill bathroom would be great, cheap finishes ruin it. LOVE the toilet and shower separate for the Jack and Jill. That makes sense. 10. Love the ventilation in the ceiling, not sure why it's not in the ceiling in the bedrooms. 11. Master bathroom has cheap sinks and fixtures and wasted space. 12. Love the upstairs. I would definitely finish it out though. It's awesome. I have a daughter and grandson I would love to have that for. I would even put in another bathroom up there with a little kitchenette.

Absolutely breath taking! The perfect home. Wouldn't change a single thing, except would have cloth furniture. OMG the master bedroom is FANTASTIC man! The upstairs would-be great for a half bathroom, storage, game room, and play room for the grand babies! This is ABSOLUTELY my dream home want one decorated just like this except cloth furniture. Leather furniture is pretty but us to hot in the summer and to cold in the winter. Much prefer cloth furniture. Keep up the GREAT job with the videos! Love ya man. You blowmymind with your videos!

Exactly what I would do! Turn the larger section of the upper floor into master suite and the smaller side into a sewing room! I like the layout but would need more outlets as I see lots of places for fish tanks! Only problem with these homes is actually getting one delivered to the family property! It’s hard enough to get a 2 horse trailer in much less a mobile home without a helicrane! Too damn hilly+ random pop up cows!
