This makes me feel so good about my 25-year-old, 1800 sf triple wide. I bought it this summer, on a beautiful, secluded lot. It has many of the features of this home. The only ooh-ahh I had was for the kitchen in this one. I purchased it for well under $150k and knew I would need to do about 25k work. If you can afford the price tag, go for it. You will love all the built in luxury for many, many years.

The older versions of the La Belle have always been my top #1, and this one also does not disappoint! 😍 Seems like this manufacturer understands that not every family is made up of a traditional core family, and that some families consist of working adults that need their own living spaces and closet space. I love how they re-worked the master bath to include a tub. I couldn't customize a floor plan that gets any better than this.

If you have the land, a spread-out home is so much more practical. The only advantage to a 2-story is the heating and cooling. The closer you can come to a sphere the more economical. But really who wants stairs?

One of the nicest homes you’ve shown! Has the pantry, wood burning fireplace, lots of rooms so many I almost don’t know which option to chose and use. Love the picture window in the kitchen, and freezer space in utility room, and I can make one room a sewing/quilting studio. I like the door in laundry room to enter into a garage. Not sure what to do with the office, but love the glass French doors, AND they built in the microwave at the right location and height! Great home comparable to the Vanderbilt homes in NC.

I have a handicapped daughter and this would be perfect the other suite is not all the way on the other side of the house… the extra room for medical supplies the only thing would be a slightly customized bathroom area for her very interesting and no long halls for the wheelchair. Phenomenal floorplan! I am wowed! Palm Harbor has some super nice homes, very impressive. I'd make very few changes to this home. Deleting carpet would be the main change, and use the flooring that's in the rest of this home. It's really quite fantastic! Spacious rooms and storage! ❤️LOVE LOVE LOVE❤️

This is literally perfection for my family. The in law suite would be great for my twins, the others for my son and daughter. The den area is great for gathering. I work from home so the office is A1. That master closet is everything I dreamed of. Would like the laundry area to be a smidge larger but it's still doable. Thanks for the tour. That’s in-law suite would be great for my daughter who is in college and then going to vet school. That little room could be her “office”. She spends a LOT of time at her desk doing homework and studying. The ONLY thing I wasn’t so “yay” about was the dining room. I need a BIG table to seat at least 12 at holidays. I need a table that’s about 4 feet longer than that one. I’m not sure that room could house it. I wish there was a basement option also for a gym and craft area and storage.

For over twenty years I owned a Palm Harbor and raised my kids in it. We lived in a mobile home park on the east coast of Florida and I can tell you without hesitation that even during the fiercest storms and hurricanes mine was one of the very few homes that survived intact with barely any damage. Mine was a '92 model and for the year was one of the largest and most well laid out floor plans. three bedrooms 2 bathrooms a living room and a family room with a large galley kitchen. Palm Harbor has always been at the top of the mobile home game with exemplary construction and excellent layout.

I love a big, roomy house you can get lost in. Noticed no tacky metal shelving in the closets, which is a huge plus. Love the kitchen's simplicity- just what is needed. Nice to see a place for a chest freezer in the utility room. The room with a room (mother-in-law suite) would be perfect for my bedroom and a special bedroom for my fur babies. It's great the doorways in the master are wide enough for a wheelchair, usually, they aren't. The master closet may hold all my clothes with space left over. Oh well, that means I have to go shopping and fill it up.😆lol

Considering that a 2020 trade in double was 180k, this house price is unbelievable. I was surprised to see patterned tile in the shower, a very nice option so rarely seen. The extras like the stove in kitty corner was neat too. And the office off the kitchen with the French doors was great. The waiting room in the master was a nice touch. And of course the wrap around porch is always a great option not only for function, but for appearance.
