I can see myself in here 😊. They have my favourite doors. I love the shower. I'd have to add a wand shower head and I like the square sinks. I'd want to move the TV unit to the opposite wall, it doesn't seem to sit right on that wall. The room with the set of drawers and no cupboard is strange. I'd prefer a cupboard for more storage. All in all a lovely place

This has got to be my very favorite of all your home tours that I have seen in the past couple of years. Perfect size, no wasted space. Love the back door and utility area. It would be even better with a closet back there. I would also option in a tub and remove the vanity in the main bathroom. The kitchen needs a double sink. Other than that it would be a perfect home for my family's needs. Thank you for the great tour.

Nice pantry shelves! Nice closet shelf/racks! Love seeing a sliding door--or French door in a dining area :) Love that the flooring is a bit calmer than most--not too "busy"! I'm with you, Chance, I love a white glossy tiled shower--so inviting! Nice house ❤

I love the natrual wood inside a home. One the outside it don't work. You can see it in this one already. The outside unpainted wood is looking old arleady. Liked everything about the home, but I would paing the wood trim oustide to match the back. That front bedroom is listed a bedroom/office on the floor plan of the one put up a few weeks ago.

I like this one. I love the beams and the lighter wood but I think the bedrooms are small including the master and no bathtub in the master, a deal breaker for me. I would also prefer a fireplace instead of a entertainment built in.

This house is absolutely Spectacular and design very well.. Really Spacious and Roomy as well as Relaxing...I'm loving the window above the kitchen sink.. Major Plus...The house is very Light with the wall colors throughout the home and it really brightens up the house... Really good architecture work as well...To me the Pantry is a good size... Love the living Room furniture,very good taste in style.All of the bedrooms are good sizes to with plenty of room to move around in .. Can't see anything I'd change....😊🌼☀️🌻🌞😀

Hi! Architect here… Just wanted to tell people a bit more about Thinscape. It is made by Wilsonart, the company that invented Quartz countertops, as well as High Definition Laminate which is another amazing product. Thinscape Is made from compressed paper fibers, so it’s environmentally friendly. It is harder that marble and granite and very strong and way more durable than stone, wood, or laminate. When it was introduced they only had four colors to choose from but they looked great. Now they have many more colors, and even some that look exactly like Dekton, which is also thin, but is the most expensive countertop material available right now. Thinscape is 2/3 the price of quartz. Dekton is about double to triple the cost of quartz. In my current home I wanted Dekton but it was so expensive. I contemplated getting Thinscape because they only had 3-4 colors, so instead I went with quartzite, which is overpriced. I am in the process of building my dream home, and I am going to install the black thinscape, that looks just like the Dekton which is black with light veins that remind me of birch trees at night. Thinscape is a very good product/material and I hope this helps someone to make an informed choice.

Nice home. Looks cozy. Perfect kitchen with a large walk-in pantry. Love the big sink with the window right in front. I don't like the TV shelf right by the front door. The bedrooms are on the small side but have good-sized closets. I love the shelf by the door in the utility room where I can drop my coat & shoes. The master closet is way too small. Beautiful master bath, pretty tile in the shower, but needs a linen shelf and a tub.

All manufactured homes have that funky pitch of the roof and it’s Never over the front door so it can deflect the rain or snow off the front door. Palm Harbor makes the best manufactured homes

That countertop is cultured marble. It's a synthetic resin mixed with different colored resins to get that marble look. I used to make sinks and countertops.

This is a solid home. Could use more storage closets, but the pantry is really nice and I love the separate vanity area in the master bathroom. The utill tee room is great with those storage options, but a person like myself would NEED a coat closet. Thanks for the great tour and safe travels to the next destination! I like the kitchen / dining room area. Nice pantry! I agree with another viewer, the tv right there as you enter just doesn’t work. It might be better posted on the back wall where the living room furniture is. Overall though it is a nice home.

I would leave the tv where it is but put the couch opposite wall from tv. I would put the 2 chairs by the window with the table between them. I would put floor to ceiling shelves next to the wall where the couch is to kind of separate the 2 rooms.

I think this home is OK . Not all that extra -- I DO, however, really like the way the Master Bath is laid out. I have seen a lot of manufactured homes, as well as the ones you have toured. There are others out there that are really spectacular. I guess that is why this one doesn't really stand out to me. Thanks for sharing, Chance!
