Chance, you picked a great one. I literally would only change one thing and it's only because I can't stand a sink or cook top in the bar counter. Scoot the stove top down towards the oven and move the sink to the other counter, leaving the bar counter just a large open space. I love this house!

I absolutely love this floor plan! Other than being just a tiny bit too big for just my husband and me, this is the absolute perfect layout! I love the fact that there's no wasted space, the kitchen has an enormous amount of storage and counter space, and that pantry! Definitely worthy of the dance! God bless, Chance!

North Carolinian here! lol... No Chance, we don't have anacondas, we have water moccasins, copperheads, eastern diamond back rattlers, pigmy rattlers, coral snakes and timber rattlers. We don't need anacondas! As for the house... OMG!!! It has a REAL pantry!!!! It has a spot for an extra frig or freezer! It's like SOMEONE has FINALLY been reading my comments!!!! There are ONLY 2 things missing for this to be the perfect home for me. A fire place in the living room, and a soaker tub in the master bedroom. But I'm sure there's a way to add them, right?

Absolutely breathtaking home! 😊 The kitchen is prefect, and that pantry is massive! I love the backsplash, frosted glass windows in the cabinets, and the colors and trim on the shelving. The flooring and carpeting in the bedrooms blend well with the decor. Perfect utility room with a sink! The den looks comfy and relaxing. Only thing missing is a tub in the master bath & a bench in the pretty shower.

That pantry needs some electric outlets in case you want a freezer in it or a stand to hold extra appliances that you need when cooking Thanksgiving Dinner! Having a water heater behind a cover like that is a real pain in the neck. I had a double for about 2 years and the water heater went out twice. My neighbor had to come over,, take the wall down and then turned the water heater back on, and then put that cover back on it. No charge, instead I fixed a big hole in his jeans for him. Love this home. I would need a bucket of cash and someone to keep it clean for me.

This is a really really nice house. The kitchen is to die for. I liked the under cabinet lighting. This is the first house you've shown me with medicine cabinets in the master bath. That was great. Personally I'd knock off the two bedrooms on the front making it a 3 bedroom tow bath. They need to two tier about half the master closet. The thing that really bothers me is in such a beautiful home is they have to use those cheap wire shelves in the closet and pantry. The utility room was one of the most functional I've seen in a long time.

This is one of the ones I've really liked as far as layout. Cons No coat closet at front door. The pantry is great size but it's too far from the kitchen. You would need a base cabinet with small sink and outlets in there for it to be useful. Try cleaning your pantry when you are that far away from the sink. Only one bathroom with one sink but you have 3-4 (or 5) guest rooms. (This does not effect me personally as it's just two of us, but for a family that needs 4-5 bedrooms, you would HAVE to have a 2nd sink at least. Master bedroom is small for that size home. Pros Big living room and it's functional. I would have moved the front door over to the left a couple of feet (closer to the bank of windows) and added a wall of closet to the right of the front door. That's good for coats and storage. You still have a lot of living room space but you would have a wall of storage. I love the linen closet in the hallway and the cleaning closet in the utility room. Be sure there is an outlet in that closet in the utility room so you can charge a vacuum cleaner. The utility room has a base cabinet and a laundry sink. Excellent. I would want more upper cabinets to go across above the washer and dryer and a base and upper cabinets on the opposite wall. I'm sure they can do that. I like the size of the pantry but wooden shelves which is probably an option. And if you can't change the placing of the pantry (which is too far from the kitchen) then I would ask for a base cabinet with small bar sink in it. The master shower door is not wide enough. You have room to widen it, do so. You need a bench in the shower, and safety bars. I love how the commode has the pony wall instead of being in it's own room. The pony wall accommodates safety bars to help us seniors get up and down along with a little privacy. But you aren't stuck in a coffin room. I HATE wasting a room just for the toilet. And I'm claustrophobic. I love the cabinets going up to the ceiling! In the kitchen and bathroom. I love the glass doors. Not too many but the right amount. Personally, I'm very organized and I like having glass door uppers to show my china and glasses. But if you aren't organized and have matching stuff, you might not want glass fronted doors. In the master bath has wavy glass in the doors which gives you a glimpse without fully revealing any clutter. It works for me but maybe not for everyone but that's probably an option. I like the size of the master closet and it is NOT in the bathroom. I had one that opened from the bathroom and I had to have a dehumidifier running all the time to keep my clothes and shoes from mildewing. So I like the placement of the closet. I would want a closet system with real wood shelves. The bathroom is just the right size. Not too big with wasted floor space but has everything you want in it. I can't use a sitting tub any more. At my age I can't sit down or stand up from a bathtub any more. I enjoy my nice sized shower with bench and I never use the sitting tub. I would want natural gas stovetop, oven and hot water heater and a backup heater. Maybe that's an option? I don't want an electric fake fireplace. I don't want to waste space on a big fake fireplace with gas logs. But I would put a backup gas heater somewhere for if the power goes out. I had a backup heater in my Master bedroom in one house and that came in handy when the power went out for 3 days during an ice storm. I could close the door and keep my pets and I warm. I had hot water, working stovetop and heat. With city water I had water so I didn't suffer like a lot of people did. I love the kitchen sink. It's stainless which is durable, it's large and you can use the accessories as you want. I love the glass tile backsplash. I've seen some that are using porous clay tiles that will just get grimy and dirty. I wouldn't use those anywhere in my house. But these glass tiles are easy to clean and look good. I only want glossy ceramic or glass tile in my home because it's easy to clean. I love the large and smaller pantry style cabinets. Great for storage and as appliance garage. Something I would like to suggest to any modular home, mobile home, manufactured home manufacturer is to go ahead and add a central vac system. Run the lines, add appropriate number of inlets and a kickplate in the kitchen. The machine part needs to be accessible (so not in the attic please) and have ventilation. Put it over the hot water heater in it's closet???

We were "channel members" for about a year or so. But now, because we have bought a manufactured home, we've discontinued the channel membership. We felt during the period when we were in the market for a home, that we needed to support your channel monetarily because of the service you provide to those in the market for a home. Ironically enough, the house we bought (the Locklear from Clayton Homes) is not one that you have toured, but we learned a lot about what's on the market from watching your videos over the past three years or so (we've been watching since 2020, nearly since you started). We sure enjoy your videos, and for the longest time, 6:45 PM Central Time Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday were "appointment TV" around our house. We still watch your videos, but now it's no longer "because we're in the market", but because we enjoy watching the home tours. You (and the other "home tour channels out there) provide a valuable service for those of us in the market for a new home. If we know someone in the market for a new home, and they're considering manufactured or modular homes, we always point them to your channel. So thank you for touring all the homes you have toured, and posting the videos. Your videos helped us in our search for the right house for us.

Ditch the built in microwave give me a double oven. Make some of those plugs have built in USB plugs, more ceiling fans. No smooth top range if you like to can. Love the laundry/utility room. Everything looks like it would be easy to get around in a wheelchair, or with a walker.

No carpet for me, but love the wood type floors. Needs living room fireplace or wood stove. Would like kitchen windows that can open. Add sliding or French doors in dinning to a back porch. Master bath needs a tub also.
