I love this one. The entry is very appealing since I hate having to see the kitchen when I walk in the front door. The man cave is ideal for my husband and I really appreciate the half bath in the laundry room. There appears to be room for an upright freezer in the area by the back door too, so that's a big plus for me. Thanks for sharing this one Chance. It's one I would love to own.

here it Pgh, it is normal to have a half bath in the laundry area, it is often refered to as a Pgh Bath, because in the past when the husband came home from the mill or coal mine, he would strip, shower and then come up to the living space so that his dirty clothes were always left in the laundry room (basement).

Imo, that's a must have so close to the back door. Very nicely laid out. Kitchen is very charming and that study nook is perfect. The man cave would make a great studio for my man.

Beautiful home! I love love LOVE the fact that there is a bit of a foyer at the front door! I also love the office space. I don't like that there isn't a pantry. I don't need 3 bedrooms so I'd turn that first bedroom into pantry space. Line the walls with shelves and leave space for an upright freezer. The man space would be the perfect sewing room. Other than those simple changes this place is perfect!

Overall nice home. The man cave would make a good play area for younger children or a game room/den for a family with older children. The study doesn't seem like a quiet place for "studying". I'd prefer to see that space used partly as a coat closet and a pantry space with a door in the kitchen.

As a Pastor, my father would LOVE that Study! People could come in and meet with him and not bother the rest of the house. Would work great as any kind of home office or Work at Home area where foot traffic may be included (Counseling, Psychiatry, Decorator Designer, Artist, Piano Teacher, Writer, etc). That's a beautiful flexible space!

I love this home. 🥰. You don’t walk in the front door and see the kitchen. The office space by the front door is perfect for my collection of plants. The utility room is great. Love the archways. Very classy. Thank you for showing this home.

This home is definitely unique and I love it. It can be used in many different ways; such as, for two families, an in law, for a disabled person due to the main bathroom. It would work so nicely for my family. Truly love this home!

There are things I LOVE about this floor plan and there are things that I do not care for...here they are The entry in beautiful, gives it a "stick built" vibe, same with the ceilings and siding, top notch details. The microwave is in the worst possible spot in a kitchen, low and in the way of high traffic area, the stove. The master bath floor plan on the wall is different then the toured one, which is no biggie, just thought I'd mention it. I would only change the location of the microwave and this, to me, would be a "Dream Home Floor Plan". Thanks for the fun tour!!!!

Hey Chance...love this home...while its not a "open concept" style like i usually like, it feels like a "home". Only things I would change is counter level by sink...make it all 1 level, and open up the opposite side of island for stools with other side being all cabinets...simple things. Thanks for showing these...come up to MI sometime...you like water sports...this is the state to come to!!

I like the style and design. As a empty nester get rid of the man cave he can use one of the bed room's on the other side. Lol😂 Make the master bedroom larger, the closet , the bathroom and add a bathtub. Beside that I like it. 👩🏽👍🏾

Incredible floorplan, so much flexibility with the layout and versatility to use the various spaces. I would love the once-per-week video deep-diving into the particulars of that weeks homes, including states/regions where the homes are available, pricing differences for the upgrades seen on the tours, and perhaps even going into the the other options available for the homes (e.g. different layouts/floor plans for each model, etc.).

Like the entry, the curves and giant kitchen window. Not much for multilevel counters or drop in sinks. Ceiling beams in neutral color great! Can lights in bedrooms instead of boob lights - nice! Like the man cave but not when it's next to the master. It could be loud if people are gaming while you're trying to rest. This is really nice. Love all the counter space in kitchen. I'd go solid surface in shower - as little grout as possible! Keep 'em comin' Chance!

i live in a double wide myself. Mind is an older home. We have made a lot of changes. it is more like a house now. They are making them much better than they did back then. This is a beautiful home. I would not want to pay for it, cause it cost just as much as a stick house. The best way it just to remodel what ya got and be happy. I do like this home.

Love the entry and arches! Layout is nice and the kitchen is great. Not too sure about that master bedroom door right in that first room. Also, the different levels of countertop near the sink would be an issue with water setting in the crack, I would think. I always think about mold potential…. Love the bonus space, er, man cave.

I love this hm! I'd make a few simple changes if it were allowed. What's up with the micro? Was that the drawer type? Otherwise, that would be a terrible place to put it. I'd change the den to a pantry with area for a big stand up freezer. Better use of space IMHO. I love the room definition bc I get a cozy, warm hm feel. I'd buy it for sure! Thx Chance and give Cullen hugs from all us gma's. I like the idea about more info. But pls think about putting that segment after the price. That way, those who want to see that, they can. The rest of us can scoot. Just an idea. ❤

I very much agree. I have lived in various apartments where the wire racks did not hold up to clothes being to heavy for them to hold. I also agree that the master need double racks to accommodate most of our clothes with just one of the short ends being for Dresses.

Love this one! My Soninlaw built his family a house. The front room is open to a super high ceiling and tall windows at then end with a fireplace right in the middle. The windows look out at the Crazy Mountains in Montana. It is beautiful. I love all the arched doorways and details in this house. I love the color scheme too!

I liked the home. The bedrooms were decent sized. So was the dinning room. Loved the fireplace. The only things I would change is the location of the man cave. Too close to the bedroom. I wouldn't be able to sleep. And the front entryway was a bit strange.
