This double wide is loaded out and AWESOME! This is a 32x80(76) mobile home. The manufacturer for this home is Sunshine Homes, the model for this home is the "PRI3280-2025." Mobile Home Masters amazing home!!! I have commented on other videos. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the built in microwave. Especially at lower reach...definitely a safety issue if you have kids! Can that be opted out of or replaced with just cabinet space?

I have 2 dogs, and I didn’t know it was a pet shower, but that’s exactly what I was thinking it would be if I had this home! You wouldn’t believe how difficult it can be to bathe 2 chihuahuas that don’t want a bath!

I absolutely agree. I wish I knew where this home is located, that usually gives me an idea if it's available in SC. May have missed it but I don't even know the type of home this is. If Chance or anyone reads this comment, please let me know if it's available in South Carolina. Please let it be. I'm looking at a home with this same square footage, but not sure if the pricing would be comparable. Please tell me it's available in my area, LOL. Oh my. I am in LOVE. That is an LG smart fridge. The PANTRY!!!!!! 💕💕💕 I could finally get all my small appliances off the tops of my cupboards! Amen for separation especially during quarantine!!! Lol! Sweet baby Jesus the closets! The only thing I would add in the guest wing was a cupboard above the toilet in the guest bath. Ignore the comments about your accent. It is sweet and Southern. My dog would hate the shower but it sure would help! Oh a master bedroom with SO much natural light. I would add a transom window between the two on the feature wall to be above my bed. I would like a different tub because I want jets. Lol. Dual closets! That too deserves an Amen! Lol. Happy mother's day to your wife and momma, Chance. This place is beautiful. Wonder if we can order them pre decorated or ask the place you are showing them from where they got the decor. Lol

Best storage space so far! Good closet sizes each room. Love the coat closet has room for other things to fit. The utility room is a great size to store other things. Where is linen closet? They are a must in any home! I love when the bathrooms have the extra storage to function as a linen closet. Beautiful home!!!

This home is soo nice and the staging was really spot on. I love that you can have brick on the outside and the layout is great. That doggy shower is a definite plus. Dens or family rooms are a great thing to have especially if you have kids,lol. Be safe and the channel is awesome.

Why build a tiny home when you can get one of these on a nice piece of property! Even a single wide would be great! Anyway I thought of mobile homes and came across your channel. Never looked back! The way those windows are arranged isn't my favorite feature either. It does add in alot of natural light, but there are other designs for windows that I would prefer. It wouldn't be a deal breaker for me...just take some getting used to. I think this is a beautiful home though! It had alot of storage space. I liked the dark wood tray ceiling and brick for the fireplace. In the kitchen I think I would want to lighten it up with all white cabinets in the kitchen and pantry. Although, the cabinets in pantry are really nice looking, I actually like some space that is just shelves so I can hide away big appliances, etc that I don't want to keep out in kitchen all the time. Unique floor plan with the den/ dining room. I think it was a creative use of space and I really like having a separate den. The master combo hit it all. Two closet spaces, and still pretty reasonably priced too. I would also eliminate all carpet...but this home is a keeper in my book! How many square feet was this home? I really like it! ❣️🙏💝 .

@mister clean I totally get what you are saying.. I have never lived in a mobile home of any kind but just like a stick built home, they all require maintenance and proper upkeep. I have a friend that has lived in the same single wide for over 20 years and it has been very well maintained and still looks as nice as it did when new. Its just a matter of living within your budget combined with proper maintenance and care of the home..

21 years and counting in mine. As with any house, you get what you put into it as far as maintenance goes. Ignore a stick built and you'll lose all your equity as well.

If you put it on a basement foundation it changes the status of it. It changes to the status of a regular house, I know because I used to own one, I sold it about 2 years ago.. and it was valued the same as a site built stick framed home.

@mister clean Not true at all. These don't depreciate, they only depreciate when you put them on land you don't own. If you put a traditional house on land that you didn't own, it'd lose value even faster than a mobile home because its not mobile. Land is what determines value. Its all about budget too. For 100K you'd have a hard time building a stick built home, especially a 2000 Squarefoot 4BR with modern styling. So lets say you could manage half of that, 1000 Squarefoot traditional home, 2BR, then in the end, both homes are worth 100K. You can also put the mobile home on concrete and make it a permanent home. Now, will this mobile home draw the same price as a 2000 Squarefoot traditional home? No, but will it sell at the same price as a 100K built home + the land value? Yes. The USA has a build code, you can't just put cheap materials in a home and have it fall apart in 10 years. That won't fly in the USA. Mobile homes also have other benefits, they're less prone to termites due to the metal exterior, and the ones with metal roofs do not need traditional roof work done, so its WAY easier to maintain. Metals trumps wood, who would've thunk it? Mobile homes aren't built 'cheaper' due to the materials/quality, in most cases they are cheaper because they're manufactured on assembly lines like cars, so the process saves ALLOT of money. As America moves to manufactured/prefab homes more and more due to the affordability/logic, the stigma is slowly eroding away. Look up shipping container prefab homes, THEY'RE EVERYWHERE. Same as mobile homes, different demographic, no stigma attached. Now yes, there will always be a stigma around owning a mobile home, from its exterior design to rumors people hear, such as what you're saying, and due to that, these will never truly hold value as good as a stick built home spec for spec, but when you pair the pricing 100K VS 100K, it starts to make more sense with appreciation and value.

First off just let me say, just because you need some space from your child doesn’t mean that you don’t love him. Of course you love him. I have 2 children and when they were growing up, I needed a break every now and again. That much needed break didn’t happen too often, but when it did, it was nice. Now, as far as this home goes, I HATE that carpet in the bedrooms, but I know that can be changed , so no biggie. I don’t like the fact that there is no back door. I would have to have some patio doors put in that dinning room/ den area. However, that master bed and bathroom has EVERYTHING I would want (except the carpet and those lights in the ceiling inside the shower would also have to go. I would be afraid water would splash up into them and electrocute me to death!!! LOL ). All in all, on a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate this home a solid 8. Thanks for sharing these videos with all of us. God loves you and your family. May God continue to bless you all. Oh, and the price is decent also.

Chance as soon as I saw that I know it was a pet station 😌 It is a beautiful double wide home.. My dad bought one and of course the land first and while it was being assembled he could sick and never got to live in it.. I think this is a really great alternative to the traditional home and one I’m seriously looking into. Due to life I’ve little saving and I’m getting older. The idea of living in one of these on a pretty piece of land sounds like a dream to me! Chance I love the south. Texas In particular and each time I listen to you talk I get a little homesick. I doubt you’ll even see this, but I just wanted to say hi. I pray you, Caitlyn , & Cullen are doing well. I guess either my adorable husband or our youngest son got around someone sick & was so sweet to share it with me!!🤦‍♀️ I started with sniffles & been running a mild temperature for a couple of days. I can just hear my sister say, what did you do yesterday; the entire day, & I say, oh I watched Chance’s Mobile Home channel all day long!!😄 You know I never realized I had not seen so many of the homes. This one has really amazing features. This was a year ago & it’s unbelievable how much the same homes now costs 2-3 times the price!! Take care of yourself, & with so much sickness going around; be extra careful! The sad thing is you can have a seasonal cold etc, & if you go in to be checked; they would say it’s Covid!! Great Mobile Home! Love the way this one is laid out and so nice to have a den. The doggie wash station really comes in handy. The Master Bathroom is a dream, love that tub and shower! Thanks Chance for another wonderful home tour!!

Oh my gosh! This is such a beautiful home! I think the pet shower would be great for kids or adults, too. Coming in from the fields, garden, mucking the barn...you don't have to drag the manure to the bathroom! Mom won't get mad any more! 😁

That shower in the utility room is a great idea if you live in the country. As you said, kids are muddy, you are muddy, have farm dirt on, have that smell of animals on you, just got out of the swimming pool, you name it, tons of need for that shower. You are right, every home should have one.

Chance...Gorgeous home...I was waiting for u to close those mini barn doors in the living room where the T.V. was...that coat closet is always a must....that laundry room shower is for dogs...when they come in..that's why the faucet is so low on the wall...kids can use it too...before they run into the rest of the house....beautiful on the outside....
