This home is perfect. I don't see how anyone can not like this home. Perfect for a family with some kids or retired folks that like to entertain and have family visit. I know lots of people don't like the closet off the master bathroom but I think it makes sense. You get out of the shower and then get dressed all in one area! Oh and I noticed this home had no wire shelves and it had the heating vents in the ceiling.

I really like this floor plan! I wish I'd had the laundry/back door/bathroom set-up before I retired from nursing. Come in, scrubs go in the washer, hop in the shower, and work-day is done. I love that kitchen and those glass doors are gorgeous. That's one pretty house.

This is probably one of my favorite homes I have seen on this channel. I am not a fan of the microwave at knee level though. I think a built in microwave should be at chest level, period. Too high is too dangerous and too low is impractical. Chest level is perfect. That entertainment room was incredible too. Loved that it had a pantry AND a linen closet. The bathroom being inside the utility room was a genuis idea. Especially for dog owners, and people with kids. Overall this is a great home!!!

The dark wood goes well in a larger home like this one but I to, like you, would rather the white. Pretty if the bottom cabinets were dark such as a navy or deep green and the uppers were cream or white. Very nice spacious home.

While I believe the microwave is in a bad spot for me it is in the perfect spot for those in a wheel chair or people of smaller stature. That big great room would be my office/library/crafting room. The extra large pantry is sweet. Like the flooring but hate the carpets. Yuck! And not into counters either. Like the master closet. Thanks for all that you do. Keep healthy.

You have to multiply sq. ft. of house (2400) by the price per sq. ft. ( 68 low end to 81 high end depends on up grades & location ) which would be 2400 x 68 = 163,200

When it is all said and done, about $200K but maybe more with the appliances. Usually if they start talking $ per square foot, goes out of most people's price range if they are looking for a double wide or modular home.

I increased the price per square foot to $90.00 to give a bit more of a oops factor, it came out to $216,000.00 which is a bit high. But, if it was put on a basement foundation, the valuation would probably, dependent upon the property be somewhere around $500,000 - $700,000

@@AlllSmiless - it's a basement. Usually they will either put these on a concrete slab or on piers. But you can dependent on what the property and the soil is like, choose to have it put on a basement.. giving you additional living space and increasing the value of the house

It was the perfect home with great finishes until it came to the master bath with the closet in the master bath. don't know why anyone would put a walk in closet in a bathroom, and just can't stand bathroom's that put the toilet in it's own room.
