And I always wanted a house that they could come home to that we all could be together. I've watched a lot of your other videos but I fell in love with this Deer Valley trailer or modular home sorry. I love the master bathroom the only thing I don't like about it is having a bedroom near the master I would prefer the master to be on one end of the house from the other bedroom. My sister and I share 3 and 1/2 acres in Louisiana. I live in Virginia right now but would like to retire to the home property. This house is what my family needs and I'm going to get it. I find myself watching this video over and over again it's just so beautiful. Thank you for showing me this beautiful home. This will be my forever home. And a home even if I'm not there that my children and Grand children can share. And chance I really love the videos you put out you are so funny and I love the way you say utility room the only thing I would change in the utility room I wouldn't have a hot water heater in it. I would have to put a pool table (or 2) in the main living area and hat's just for starters! It would make a great home for a family with a lot of kids &/or extended family. Can't imagine trying to keep it it all clean at my age now (I'm a Great grandmother to twins who will be a year old this month) though. So, despite my opinions, I love it. Especially the way it looks on the outside. It doesn't look anything like a prefab or whatever you call it, at all. Also, Chance - I have no doubt you'll get a 'fridge as large as the one in this house and probably a much larger home to put it in :-).

Another "hot water heater" person here too, I've always heard it referred to that way. Shrug. Meanwhile house is beautiful but almost too big. On the other hand, I could walk the house on lousy weather days and get my steps in that way!

THAT EXTRA ROOM WOULD BE A READ "SHE ROOM!!" Don't tell my husband because he would want a "mancave." :P

Like alot. The "Office" would be my music room for my piano and organ. The room by master would be our office/craft room.

It’s my first time viewing and WOW these homes have come a long way from the earlier models. This is simply beautiful!!! We currently live in Florida and are looking to purchase some land and a home in Georgia would delivery to that local be possible? Thanks for the tour now I’m going to look at your others. Have a blessed day!

Find a Deer Valley nearest to were you are going to move to in Georgia and they can order you this home, only thing is that 1 maybe ordered by Pratt Homes just for them, so you may have to make some small changes to it so it’s not exactly like that 1, but maybe not.

I won't subscribe to your channel because of the Trump political ad that played before the video. I just wanted to look at this nice trailer but looking at these ads pisses me off so much so I won't be watching or subscribing and I doubt I'm the only person who feels this way!

You know we don't choose what ads play right?

The little room would be the play room for the kids..

Beautiful I wish they'd make these homes with at least 2 master bedrooms

You must have a good day when looking at homes and loving it and dreaming of the future! Thining when where and how? Just dream of a home like this ( with more color, change curtains maybe and bring in colors in furniture or pillows. Perfect! A Pop of color here or there. Filling porch with places to sit, and maybe a swing? This is a dream home as it truly is large and plenty of room to be able to spread out and make sure anyone visiting or perhaps having your own family would not feel too squashed.

Hello chance this was a gorgeous house big and beautiful everything and it was just so awesome too big for me but I’m sure a large family would just love this home and you are still a great host keep up the good work 👍🏾👏🏾🥰

I can not figure out what is with all the windows at the bottom. Is it something functional or just for looks. You have probably explained it somewhere on a different tour but I missed it. It is just unusual.

That's just for air flow inside these show models.

That's an excellent price !!! Boy, I thought the house finished when you had gone down the first hallway, but nooooo, there's another huge hallway with the master and another room. WOW !!! Great video. Thanks so much ✌🏽

Beautiful home! Nice wood floors, dark cabinetry, vents in the ceiling and dark faucets. Like all the wood and the barn door. Pocket doors would save room in the jack and Jill bathroom. Move sink from island and place it in front of the window. The extra room would be great for a library. And it's a hot water heater. 😀

I would use the small room with the couch in it for a media room with a huge TV on the wall. This house is super sweet, but the price isn’t lol. I wouldn’t buy a mobile home for that kind of money lol.
@lisajackson15744 жыл бұрын
This home is perfect, I absolutely love everything except for the sink in the island I would put the sink against the window!

Zachary McKennon I dunno. Not sure where the or persons were from as I’m from Texas and my husband, Long Island, and we both say hot water heater. Me thinks someone was just tryna be funny. lol

I’m from the south, I say water heater. But then again, I don’t call all plastic ware Tupperware or all paper towels Scott Towels.

It could be a bedroom or a den or a office. I wish that was my house. I would love to be quarantined in there. You are one of my favorite youtubers.

Wow, thank you
@lindsaycall68264 жыл бұрын
Honestly I've heard it called both. Tomato, Tohmahhhto. Lol. But it does only heat the water from a cold or tepid temperature..not hot, so therefore it IS a water heater, not a Hot water heater as it doesn't heat Hot water. But it doesn't matter.

Omgeeee! Chance, you got me twisted right now, this is "ABSOLUTELY" my "DREAM HOUSE" I "LOVE" "LOVE" "LOVE" this house!!! The only thing I would change if I could is to have the sink under the side window in the Kitchen instead of in the island, outside of that, because the Kitchen is gorgeous I love the colors in all. This house is perfect the best house I've seen in 2020!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

Karen Daniel take out the closet in the that room and you can write off that space as a office on your taxes
