Love how there's the side/back porch for outdoor dining and BBQ off of the kitchen, and the storage in the kitchen plus layout. Living room is spacious. Having the hall bath near the living room is very convenient, not just for guests but if you're watching TV and need to use it. This one is a new spin off of the classic ranch floor plan which I like. Having the closet accessible from the bedroom is very convenient. One of my favorite floor plans. :)

smc130 Exactly what I was thinking! In 2005, a F3 tornado took 25 lives in a mobile home community in our city. Several were destroyed in the same community just a few nights ago. Thankfully, most people were awake to hear the sirens giving them the time to get into shelters. A barely there F1 turns these homes into splinters. The only thing worse is a fire.

All I could think watching this is how much I would love to surprise my parents with it. I kept saying " oh, my mom would really like this". Their home was built for them when they were still teenagers, they married young. So its 47 years old now. They've worked hard to keep it up over the years. They almost lost it several years back to a hurricane, they live on an Island. The shell of the home was saved , but most of the inside had to be gutted and start over brand new. They arent rich, but they aren't poor, they get by, but I would like to see them have something that isnt patched , needing repair, etc. They are older now, I want them to be comfortable and can relax. Maybe one day I'll be able to surprise them, I've always said if I win the lottery, that is the first thing Im doing , taking care of my parents. They have always been there for me, it's my turn. This is a beautiful home, love the farmhouse doors and wood look flooring. Geat job showing the home off! :)

I' was just looking at some originally sold in 05' and 06' w/ an acre of land that went for 170k brand new w/ the land and everything hooked up etc. and now they're on the market for over 200k. So, they're holding.

We bought our Skyline triple wide in 2004. Great home. Because we live in the mountains we included a 40lb snow load roof, extended eaves, upgraded insulation and hardiboard siding. 2x6 construction, vaulted ceilings, tri-tone exterior paint, upgraded cabinets and doors, no tub showers, etc. You can contigure it any way you want. It has held up as well as any stick-built home. Best bang for the buck! My only recommendation would be to use your own contractor to do the prep work and rough in. We were less than satisfied with the subcontractor the home sales outfit hired.

Omg. ..I finally found what I've been looking for. .that kitchen is to die for I would never leave it. .and those porches. ..the rooms are great size and finally a guest bathroom with a window in it! The only disappointment there was no luxury bathtub in master and everyone knows a girl loves her bubble baths. ..also the laundry room didn't look like it had room for a freezer. .that's a must. ...I would have to custom order this one. ..that huge living room wall needs a beautiful fireplace. ...other than that it's simply gorgeous!

@@linkinemerson8620 Sorry I don't agree with that. The shiplap is beautiful and my bed would be perfect with it. Also you can create a supper cozy sitting area in the corner just before the bathroom. Your dresser should be placed on the wall between the bathroom door and the bedroom door. The only issue I have with this home is not having wood shelving and wood closet rods in the bedroom closets, but that is an easy fix! Just go to Home Depot or Lowe's!

This is our ultimate home. Checks all the boxes for light , space, and entertaining. And so much storage! Love the coffee and extra storage pantry between kitchen and utility. Love both porches and the window above kitchen sink. Best floor we've seen on this series.

Nicole Lynn it’s not a modular home it’s a manufactured home. So technically still a “trailer home” but yes it would go on a foundation. Any manufactured home can be put on a foundation if you want to

I really like this floor plan!! There are 2 minor things I would want to change as I would not want to sit in my living room or stand just inside the front door and see into the bathroom or laundry, so I would extend the hallway wall further to prevent looking into these rooms. This would also make it so there is more wall space in the living room for different furniture placement. The other item would be to add a really big tub to the master bath (yea , I know, there is no room.. so add 4' more to the whole home on the master bedroom end... who doesn't want bigger rooms?). Otherwise... I DO like this floor plan a lot!

Yes! A huge tub is good in theory, but who actually uses those? I'd much rather have an oversize shower like the one they have in this model. You'd be happy with your shower every single day -- much better use of space and money!

To me for the size and quality of build on that home this is extremely aggressively priced. Seems very cheap for the size. Beautiful home 😍. I agree on the omitting of the soaker tub. But I am amazed how large the guest bedrooms are. Typically they are shoe box size in even large double-wides. Very impressed with this builders quality and layout

@iSellUsedCondoms I do own my property in Central Florida and trust me for that size home with it's build quality it is very good price even with transportation and setup. For that size square footage and features it would be in the mid to higher hundred thousand dollar range for site built home . I have a site built home close to me square footage wise that was around 400k on one acre

@iSellUsedCondoms The restrictions in Florida for mobile homes is probably one of if not the strictest in the country. True enough they do have tie downs buried at least four feet in the ground. I understand what your saying it's still a mobile home but they are not what they used to be. You do however have to research the builder etc and review and or contact people that have bought their homes and find out any issues. Typically for a home that large your probably looking at adding another 15k for setup and delivery pushing price up above 140k. But in defense that is a huge home with huge room sizes and also check specs on floor joists spacing insulation and exterior wall strength of build. Even try and get a factory tour which I can do here close. You'd be amazed at how much home you can get plus you can always have home put on a permanent foundation for about same price. Lot of factors determine true cost. Just do research on builder

Ok I just got to say...… This mobile home is GORGEOUS !!!! BEAUTIFUL !!!! AMAZING!!!! The ONLY thing I would change about this home is the color of the tiles in the shower in the master bath and the carpet would have to go. Other than that, IT'S PREFECT.. Even the price is AMAZING !!! It is so well worth the $129,000.00 ….I don't care that there is no tub in the master bath. I have arthritis and it would be hard for me to get in and out of a tub.. So a shower is all I need. And besides, if a person wants to bath that badly, there is a perfectly good shower/bath combo in the other bathroom.. So they could use that bath tube.. Yep, if I could, I would absolutely buy this home.. Hey, lets face it, I am HARD TO PLEASE when it comes to the way homes look inside.. Whether it be a stick house or a modular or mobile home.. But this home (in my opinion) is GORGEOUS and well worth the asking price... Yep, I would absolutely buy this home if I could.. God loves you.. God bless..

@Evad Selwell I don't think all states require a slab to sit your mobile home on.. I live in a double wide in Sc and it's not on a slab.. It's on the ground with cinder blocks to hold it up and brick underpinning. However, I do believe that in my home state of WV, you are required by law to have a double wide on a cement/concrete slab. so I am sure that the laws vary from state to state... But with that being said, I am sure you are right about the additional 10K.. But I like this home so much that I would absolutely put it on a slab even if it were not required (in my opinion, a concrete slab would help a mobile home hold it's value a bit better) and I would pay the extra money for it.. I like this. Enough separation of kitchen, dining space and living room, yet an open concept feel. Plenty of practical storage space and spacious bedrooms. 👍🏻 I am a rare person who doesn’t care much for a gigantic master bath, but this is nicely set up. In fact, as a single, I would take this with just two (or even one) bedrooms and one bath. I really do like the public living space and wouldn’t change that ❤️
