The kitchen is the best part of this house. And depending on a person's body size, a large shower with a bench is a must! I hate showers where you can barely move.

I really love this home! It has all the bells and whistles I look for. That closet was enormous! I loved the kitchen, pantry, tray ceilings, and was so happy to see that nice beautiful tub in the master. My shower is already small, so that shower seemed fine to me. I also loved the layout with all the windows and natural light, the beautiful living room, and entertainment area & fireplace. I would just add a nice wrap around porch...but, this 🏠 home is a winner in my book. Thanks Chance for taking the time out of your busy schedule to tour it. For my money, the best layout you've shown. Particularly appreciated the well-defined spacious foyer and its coat closet. On the floorplan, it looked like the laundry room had a space designated for a freezer which I assume means there's an outlet for it. So many laundry rooms you've shown don't have that outlet, so this was a welcome plus.

Chance, this is a really nice home inside but the exterior does not have that WOW factor as the inside. But for the price, you can have the exterior done to your liking to get that curb appeal. That master closet would be perfect for me with all the clothes and shoes I have. I don't like the cabinet over the toilet, or the glass shower doors. And I would definitely change the tub to a walk-in tub. Why are these houses being built with the closet off of the bathroom instead of the bedroom? But overall, this house is a winner for the price.

Now, this is a very well laid out manufactured house! First, a foyer so that one does not walk right into the home; separated living spaces, not a full 'open concept', a window in the main bathroom(how novel!), decent sized secondary bedrooms, a gorgeous kitchen with GE appliances, a laundry room, master ensuite with separate tub and shower, and an additional room off the master, called a 'closet', lol! The price is affordable as well. Very nicely done, Chance. Hope you enjoyed your Christmas.

WOW... am blown away by this exceptional home. Foyer with a closet is a requirement for me. I also feel that the colours and furniture that is used for staging really make a difference. Every room in the house is a 10 for me, however no sink or counter in the laundry room. Big, beautiful windows in living room and dining room. Thank you Chance.

Ohh mannnn... that heater and water heater access need to be turned around, so you can access it from the hallway outside the main bedroom door. It's crazy to have these utility spots tucked away inside the closet, which is inside the bathroom, which is accessed through the bedroom. That's just dumb. I mean, if either the water heater or the house heater needs servicing, would YOU want some strange repair person traipsing through the bedroom, then through the bathroom, then into the closet where all your stuff is hidden away? No way. And by turning access doors to the services around to the hallway, that would leave a blank wall inside the closet behind the closet door -- put a full length mirror there.

This is the first home that EVERYTHING!! in the interior checked off all the boxes for me. That kitchen set-up was just perfect, too. Not too sold on the outside appearance, tho. Somehow, it just doesn't match the elegance level presented by the interior. You were right, tho, about the MB closet. It's absolutely awesome!! Room sizes were great, too. I do agree with the statements about the furnace & hot water heater access in other comments, tho.

I like this home. I completely agree with you in the really big showers. They are nice to look at but like you said, do you really need that big of a shower. I kinda think that way with the master closet too. Don’t get me wrong like like a nice size master closet, but I think that one; to me at least, was a bit too big. Some of that space could have gone somewhere else.

Something about the exterior colors that I don't like, but I do love the covered entrance. At my house when you open the door all the rain water is coming off the roof and landing on my head! The video stalled while you were still outside and I think I realized what part of the problems was. A cheap 'sidewalk', gravel next to the house with weeds growing in it, it just looks like an unloved home. The kind you will find in mobile home parks. A case of it looking tacky while many dealerships go out of their way trying to make you see the vision of what it could look like. Still buffering, so I may have to watch it later. I was looking forward to seeing that closet!

I absolutely love this home with all the nooks and crannies, and bookcases. And it has a Wall Oven which is what I want. I also want quartz countertops. The master closet is AWESOME ! ❤️ I would change the bathroom sinks to square porcelain ones with the raised outer part. No carpets for me. Only wooden floors. 👍👍👍👍👍 Love, Love, Love it !!!
