when i tell you Acid rap is one of my favorite mixtapes next to Isaiah Rashads Cilvia Demo. I could listen to their tapes like a year later and still feel as if it just released.

This was the first song I ever heard from chance. My cousins were in middle school at the time and on time we were riding to go hoop and they played this song at first listen I was like “what the f*ck is this sh*t!?” The song grew on me pretty quickly lol. Acid Rap is still one of my favorite mixtapes of all time

I first heard this song in a tattoo shop way back way back... been so long can’t even remember the year. My brother was getting his tattoo shaded and the guy was booked but we got in cuz we grew up together. Good times, this was before Chance became big, so glad he made it.

Chance got me through some hard times, I'm not gunna do the whole "I want the old Kanye" thing with him. I appreciate him for all he's done, but Juice did motivate me at my lowest. Thanks Chance, Salud!

Considering the syntax of his flow, his arrangement of the music, lyrics, choreography, and harmony in the adlibs, I feel like this is one of the most classic underground songs of all time in rap.
