Chandrapuli is an authentic Bengali sweet made during Durga Pujo. On the day of Bijaya Dashami after completing bijaya'r pranam and greeting guests this delectable Chandrapuli was served to everyone along with rosogolla, naru and nimki which we truly used to enjoy a lot. We made this sweet with coconut paste, khoa, sugar and since it is half moon shape so the name is Chandrapuli.
INGREDIENTS:
Medium Size Coconut(scraped)- 1
Full Fat Milk- 1/2 cup
Khoa or Mawa- 350g
Powdered Sugar- 275g
Ghee- 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder- 1/2 tsp
Big Cardamom- for decorating
