The business affinity falling forward when empty would annoy me especially at those prices! Watching out for tilted coco handle top handles is something i can attest too because i have a vintage LV with a handle that leans over to one side and it annoys me lol 😅

I still think about the Business Affinity and Coco Handle from time to time. I thought I might pick up preloved ones at some point, but the issues you mentioned are indeed annoying. I love both of my Chanel 19 🖤🧡☺️. By the way, the outfit you were wearing when you were trying the 19 is very nice 😍. I also love my large Reissue - it’s the classic, OG flap bag and the distressed leather and ruthenium hardware makes the bag so carefree.
