Change a PDK shift knob (this one specifically in a Porsche 981 [2013] model)

Change a Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) shift knob as an easy mod. This was in a 2013 Porsche Boxster S, but should work for any of the 981 (Cayman, Boxster) and 991 (911) PDK shift knobs.
