Sharing more insight from God related to the impact of recent life changes on my mental and relational health. Exercise is one of the best ways for me to hear from God. As I push myself, I offer to God all of my cares, fears, and pain and He always provides brilliant perspectives that help me better process whatever is going on. Another critical aspect of mental health is telling our story in safe ways. This September, our next group coaching cohort launches, and we will examine the narratives from which we live. Undoubtedly, we'll find many opportunities for healing by identifying the lies that need to be called out and framed more truthfully and helpfully. This is how we find our way back to holistic well-being, back to the peace we all long for. We'll get there together, with truth and love.
