Good choice to fix the house properly and add value to it instead of going with a quick fix. I'm sure it will turn out beautifully with the black beams and everything! A quick tip on your lawn area that I got from a landscaper years ago. Don't water it during the day when the sun is shining on it. The water drops are like little lenses that will focus the sunlight and burn your lawn underneath. The best time to water your lawn is either really early in the morning before the sun starts to hit the area or even better late in the evening when the sun has basically already set. This way the water has time to absorb into the ground and doesn't burn your lawn 😊

I recommend you move washer and dryer because with time you'll see the grout changing under appliances! Put the sealer under there too! However don't use either of them for at least a day🙏 your little ones playing while their momma does such a wonderful job.

The black for the poles and beam look terrific. I love the sink and all the extras that go with it. The faucet is great too....you will enjoy that spray for washing veggies and also for rinsing the dishes and especially the pots and pans. So glad the contractor came by and advised the restucco of the house. In the long run I believe you will be more satisfied. Have a Blessed day and a great 4th.

Hi from New Zealand. Just a suggestion, you’re better to irrigate your lawn overnight rather than during the day when the suns up. Your grass will respond much quicker and won’t get sunburnt.

Sounds like using a contractor for new stucco is a great investment financially and mentally! Lol. Loved seeing the kids and pup again. So funny to see little ones driving a "car"!!! I love the kitchen sink you got. And we just put in a new faucet like that. It is so amazing for everything really. I especially love how the top just pulls down and a switch for the sprayer. Makes sink cleaning so much easier.

It was such a blessing that the contractor stopped by just before starting the huge undertaking of painting the house. I love the sink. I have a divider in my sink and I don't like it at all. If I could redo it, I would get a one basin sink. I love the new schedule too as is runs perfect with my schedule.

We just moved to Arizona a few weeks ago. We have a Pomegranate Tree in the yard of our rent house. Can you tell me anything about them? I had noticed a ton of rotten ones on the tree and all around it. I eventually realized that new ones were growing and I think all these rotten ones must be from last year... I guess the last renters did not pick them. We really enjoyed that thunderstorm! There’s a mountain, near us, that is on fire. We need another rain shower, soon, to hopefully put it out! It’s been going for weeks! I want to say the fire started a week after we got moved here. I think your renovations are great! Y’all are doing an awesome job!

My Kohler sink is the work sink and has the cutting board etc but it's so pretty I can't make myself use it........LOL but it looks lovely in a dark wood when all is clean and put away it just stands out so pretty. My single bowl sink (which I love) came with some accessories, but I found I never used them because they were so awkward to store when not using. Finally put them in the attic. 😵‍💫 I'm curious now that you've had yours for awhile, how you like it. Love your channel!
