Mari O actually- I filled in an application to do the Camino de Santiago next year in June when my uni exams end only a few hours before your comment! It’s a month long pilgrimage through France to Rome and hell, if that thing isn’t going to jumpstart something in me nothing will. 🥰

I started a life change journey in July 17 2018 and now a year later; -I lost 13 kgs -have healthy routine - hygiene -clean eating - got job I still have a long way to go😀

Within 6 months (speaking things into existence) ❤️ I cleared up my skin ❤️ made it through 4 months of my nursing program ❤️ saved 1,000 ❤️ I finally moved to my own apartment😁

unnatural disaster I still have faith things are going to come into existence I only have 2 months left of getting my CDL to drive 18 wheelers. my skin is better than it has ever been but not as cleared up as I wanted it to be lol after graduation then I’ll focus on saving and moving because right now I don’t work as much . 🌼 meditate everyday for at least 10min 🌼 read at least a book every month 🌼 no more negative thoughts 🌼 drink 1,5L of water everyday

In six months I want to be physically, mentally, and spiritually well. I want to fully commit to my health and feel good everyday. EDIT: Today this was exactly six months ago and it’s insane how fast time flies. I started going to therapy, got approved for a study abroad program to go to Spain this summer (it will be my first time out of the country!!), started mediating, and got a dream position in my field that I just started last week. I feel so good right now and although I’m not exactly where I want to be, I’m so much closer than I was 6 months ago. Take it one day at a time, you’re doing amazing :) Maybe I’ll come back in a year and update. Thanks for all the kind words.

I broke up with my boyfriend yesterday. After 3,5 years (with a gap). And I feel relief. But at the same time scared. In 6 months I want to know how to be just by myself, to be independent, to be focused on my goals. Know myself better. Thank you, Kalyn, for your work!

I broke up with my partner of 3.5 years and I was so scared but like you I felt a big relief when I left that relationship it was the best decision I have ever made time will heal you trust me focus on you set aside goals make a vision board spend time with your friends and family and your self take your self out in dates (game changer) ☺️ I'm rooting for you u can do this you are not alone ♥️

I remembered watching this last year. And now this actually makes so much sense. I am on my eight-month fitness journey now and my life has never been this better. All we really need is just six months of intense hardcore focus to actually make a good foundation to change our life.

@@Liusila agreed. So instead of no more sitting on my bed on my phone. Say go to sleep or wake up right away. Instead of no more huge eating. Eat in moderation. It’s easier to do something than to resist doing something else.

I recommend you block your ex on every platform! So you aren't reminded and will stop you from looking at what they're up to. It is the best thing to help you move on, trust me! Good luck i wish you the best!!

Hey just a tip!💓 if you go off ur meds make sure u eat healthy af, drink water and sleep 8 hours a day, try not to do less or more. Help change your mentality and find more excitement and positivity. 💓

@Jf I'm much more confident and happy with my body. I still get nervous sometimes but it's better than before. I still try to eat healthier (it worked fine before quarantine but now I'm kinda back in my old habit). Sorry for answering so late I didn't get a notification!

My plan in six month : 1. Lose weight and have a fit body 2. Start a new life by studying abroad 3. Pray and meditate daily 4. Be content with my self without seeking validation from others 5. Do not care too much others opinion 6. Be fluent in Chinese 7. Try lots of new things, go to places I've never bern before

6 months goals - do good in school - be confident - be happier - have less social anxiety

6 month plan: -I will truly get my shit together -I will avoid over thinking -I will not let my past trauma haunt me -I will let go the past -I will stop procrastinating -I will educate myself with a lot of things -I will start doing things I like(art and bullet journal,painting,skating) -I'll read more books -I will be happy with my life -I will try new things -I will start a workout routine -I'll eat clean -I will enjoy my teen age life because this is my last year as a teen but I haven't enjoyed it yet. I've never tried sneaking out,drink alcohol,clubbing,hiking,beach date,being in a relationship coz I can't feel love at all plus I don't have friends coz I cut them all off and all of those teen age shit. In six months: • I will meditate everyday for 20 mins •I will exercise regularly and challenge myself • I will study harder so I can be better at school. • I will have clear skin • I will be healthy • I will eat clean, but still not be afraid to treat myself. • I will love myself ❤ 4 month update: I forgot about this comment buy its going pretty well for me right now :))) • I meditate for 15 mins everyday rn so I'm very close! • I do exercise regularly and I do challenge myself and I've joined many different clubs which is really fun • I haven't really done the study harder bit, but I have to now because it's 3 week until my End of year exams 🙃 • I'm going to dermatologist soon to really actually help my skin and if they don't help then I'll be my own fucking dermatologist • I should've been more specific with the healthy thing but I Am getting there slowly but surely, but I'm pretty sure now is a good time to speed up lmao • I do eat clean but I also treat myself a lot, although I am vegan now so the only "unhealthy" stuff I have is raisin and cinnamon bagels, so I think I'm doing good but I am probably stop having so many bowls of cereal 😅 • I do love myself VERY MUCH( and it's still OK to have 'ugh' days) but I've improved sooo much ❤ Keep on working for your goals and don't forget them, or be afraid to make them big 💪🏼

I'm actually stumbling across this video in December 2019, and it is Definitely a motivator point for me... 6 months ago I got the all clear from my cancer journey, and now that I feel I am back to my old self again recovery wise, I don't want to stop this upward trajectory. Weight has always been a problem for me so that is one of my main goals to get back to double digits (kg) by the time uni goes back next year in late February. Another goal is to have my driving freedom (Red P plates) after being stuck on my Learner license for nearly 4 years) within the next 6 months. And my last goal, is now that I hav gained this new outlook - especially in regards to positivity (from dark times in my cancer journey) - these past 6 months, I want to bee able to help others see the bright side as well. ....so thank you so much for this video, it really put things in a way that was easy to listen to and understand, as well as help refine what my personal goals are for the future. Can't wait to see the December video you mentioned here (I don't know whether it is released yet or not but I am going to go hunt for it)!!

I hope everyone reaches their goals and dreams but here's a thing that I've noticed you all are doing and in my opinion it can make you less motivated: It's generalizing your goal. Break your big goal into simpler small ones so that you can achieve it easier. For example you wanna read 50 books/year. Instead of saying I wanna read in those 6 month 30 books, you say that you want to read in the day a chapter or 5 just pages. Easier and makes big differences. Hope this little tip helps! Here is my goal: -I wanna run everyday so that I can become a better skater -Read everyday a single page at least of any SELF DEVELOPMENT book. (I only read novels lol) -I wanna lose weight. -I wanna have a better relationship with God. Wish me luck

I want to start getting a better relationship with God meditating, go to therapy, workout at least twice a week, get the best grades I can, and lastly be a more sociable person💕 I'll come back in 6 months and see how it's gone Edit: Well it's been 6 months and 2 days. Time has gone so quickly, I never thought I would get here. I started going to therapy, started playing basketball, dancing and wallclimbing which have all been so much fun. My grades have been worse than last year so I'll try to make them better. My meditation sessions really have struggled though. I've meditated maybe 3 times during these past 6 months. This comment was a good way to remind me of starting again. My relationahip with God is not very strong at the moment so I'll have to work on that. Lastly I have become a more sociable person, learning social skills and how to function as to not being the most awkward person in every room. Still some ways to go, but I think it's a lot better than half a year ago. Maybe I'll be back in an other 6 months to update this again so I'll set some goals: I want to start: bullet journaling again writing the things I am grateful for every day get better grades learn how to respect myself more and eat healthier

I will have my graduate degree(currently finishing the thesis) hopefully a great job, and have steady rutine with a work life and hopefully enjoying it. And almost finished my one year with yoga everyday.. ❤️❤️❤️

in 6 months, I will be talking about how I finally managed to get myself off my own damn anxiety treadmill due to the fact I'll officially be one full season ahead on both channels. I'll also be yoga teacher certified and making Christmas videos with you guys 💖

6 month plan: - finish writing my teleplay - commit to fitness. join a gym, or some sports class. - do well in school. - do work out of school. - eat healthier. - respect myself more. - work on self-love - work on my happiness.

My 6 months goal 💓 Better my relationship with God Focus More on Myself/ Happiness Truly let go of my past/ anything that disrupt my peace Get my six/4 pack be4 my 30th birthday Jan 10 ❤️ Start New Job & (Save Save Save) Pass All My Classes & Quizzes I’ll end this by thanking God for the vision & plans he has given me. Thank you for not allowing me to settle for less. You’ve been so good to when at times I don’t understand why you are good to me. My prayer is that you keep your hands over all of us Amen 🙏🏽❤️

I'm going to do that... Im going to start working on my goals, be healthy & craving healthy food, study abroad, learn a new language, grow my hair, meet new people that change my life for the better and that I change theirs too... Living alone in a cute apartment with my cat, adopt a child... I want to do all that and Im excited to see at what point ill be in December :-))

My 6 month goal 1. get clear skin 2. have abs 3. write and publish a book 4. get into a good school 5. be more confident, sociable and outgoing 6. get into film making 7. create a game 8. invest I’ll come back in 6 months to give an update

@@okblve4102 no cuz you’re right. 1. I started doing some skincare so there’s a bit of improvement, 4. I’m in a fairly good school but not the one I was hoping to get into 5. I try to be more sociable, and someone said I was humorous and friendly. But I still feel like a nervous wreck sometimes, I Haven’t started investing, don’t have abs, didn’t create a game and didn’t write a book. Yet. 6 months is a really short time. And usually I don’t do shit even when I say I’ll change. But I tried and the result is that I actually got some of them done.

6 month plan: -get my eyebrows fixed -grow my hair -get my acne fixed -get a job -move out parents house -buy a surf board -getting my place decoreted my style -get a healthy diet -exercise with frequency -back to read, write and paint -go out more and explore

6 month plan -have a good group of friends, networking -doing well in school -respectable business woman (intelligent, well read) -help others, community service -looking hot 🥵 (healthy relationship with food, gym routine, go to bed early, wake up early) -set aside time for god -no anxiety, meditate, yoga -know who I am
