What you say is so true. I noticed when I start on a downward spiral of negative thoughts, they keep coming until I decide Enough! Then I start to change my thinking to positive thoughts. One time I challenged myself to think nothing but positive thoughts for an hour, stating positive affirmations then two hours and so forth just for that day. Depending on how successful I was I kept it going for a week and so on and I even asked a couple of friends to join in the challenge. Yes, negativity did surface which is normal, I just ignored them and immediately kept with the positives.

Sheetal I know this will probably sound crazy but to be in an even better frame of mind I highly recommend you ditch the coffee all together. I know, sounds insane, hear me out though! I learned that coffee has a natural chemical in it that reduces your body's ability to absorb iron which causes a lot of issues. Not only does it affect you physically like anemia problems but the lack of iron will actually cause depression. I never liked coffee so I didn't have to go through what most people see as a major sacrifice. But if you decide to try it, see it as a sacrifice for your own greater good. I had a few friends try it and they said the results were amazing! More energy (which seems backwards) and a happier attitude. Some found coffee substitutes just because they liked the habit of a warm drink in the morning. One found a drink called Caffix. Swears it's amazing especially with creamer. I can't personally attest to it. I'm a hot cocoa fan through and through. Lol.

He said, more money, and the trainer asked him: how much more? I truly believe that affirmations are an advanced technique. I think people new to this can get too frustrated while saying affirmations, without understanding the subconscious and especially the laws. Just my experience over the past 12 years. I only recently truly mastered affirmation without any,negativity or resistance around it. Worth years of frustration. I have got everything I asked for many years ago. And now I press forward for more.

True. You have to take conscious control of your thoughts and words. Most people end up being "programmed" by their negative circumstances in life. They become prey or victim without even realizing it. The fact is that one can change that programming by re-programming their own sub-conscious minds. All that one needs is to write down their new programs/affirmations and read them before going to sleep and first thing when they wake up. Yes, it takes 21 days for some but that depends on ones unique situation. It may take longer for most. It took me long but then now when I reprogrammed myself... all that I have are what exactly my own affirmations. For serious students who want to change themselves, it's a must reading "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind" by Dr. Joseph Murphy. One needs to totally change their attitude and approach and that can only be successfully achieved by seriously re-programming their own subconscious minds. Your subconscious mind never grows old. It is timeless, ageless, and endless. It is part of the Universal Mind of the Creator, which was never born and will never die. Fatigue or old age does not have an impact on any spiritual quality or power. I know this for I used it and in my relatively advanced age, I have never been as happy and abundant in my own life than ever before. You have that power within you. Peace of mind, abundance and energy that is in Nature and the Universe is accessible and available to all who want to connect to the main Source. Peace.
