We don't want to Miss your words, we want to transfer this to next generations too. So I am requesting you to write a book for youngsters covering all the concept of self development, professional development, time, health ,energy,money management and so on like how to tune our minds for success. Can do the following mam Dinner by 7:30 pm. No technology after 9 pm. Sleep by 10 pm. Brushing and night walk should try. Thank you mam .you are wonderful motivator. You inspire me with your infections smile

Mam I go.to sleep by 9 30 pm wake up by 5 am as soon I get up have a glass of warm water meditation afterwards then after brushing go for a morning jogg don't eat anything after 6 45 pm that too only a whole big glass of butter milk yes I brush before going to bed
