04-06 are the best. They come stock with electric fans

I don't suppose these are the same for the EXT models are they? they look really good. I also need to replace my fog lights, those also look pretty good.

yea they would work, as long as you have the HID bulbs

totally up to you. If you care about the looks of it, I would just buy one without the sun damage
