Verse: A (hitting D over the C# every other bar for a swing feel) Bm (pulling off for a 7th in the same fashion) Chorus: D, C#m, Bm (then sliding back up these chords and repeating) - then just add whatever grace notes sound cool on the way and its as easy as that!
