अगर developers आपके videos वास्तव में देखते हैं तो उनको investors को झूठे वादे नहीं करने चाहिए और अपने projects भी समय से पूरे करने चाहिए NCR बेईमान builders से भरा पड़ा है CREDAI को उनके खिलाफ action लेना चाहिए , 2010-12 के बाद investor market से निकल गया था तो रियल एस्टेट जमीन पर आ गया था, अब 10 साल बाद उठा है तो फिर से developers वही कर रहे हैं मेरी राय में तो investors को गौतमबुद्ध नगर को भूल जाना चाहिए

@Saurav - In the current market, Is there any builder in NCR region who is following or is very much close to the points that you have mentioned in this video? I think this is the bare minimum that builder should provide to the customers. Instead of fooling and keeping them in the shadows, at least this amount of transparency & credibility is expected from the builders by each customer who is putting his life savings and trust in the builder.

I am searching Noida from last 2 years and recently closed the deal. So I can say I was wrong demand is high as of there were no end users how come people are selling and still there is shortage after these many years? You can keep fooling yourself like I did and soon you will see in that what you save for that house that house has appreciated 2x of that. Goodluck
