Changes to the Limitations Period For Slip and Fall Injuries in Ontario

Ontario has recently passed a legislation that changes the limitations period for certain kinds of personal injury claims [commonly known as slip and fall injury claims]. This lecture explains these important changes.

What happens when there is no lease? Oh, I did take legal action immediately for the slip/ trip and fall(s). I got railroaded (it was at the staircase next to the Law Firm I worked for at the Subway entrance. I told them right away, and my job was very helpful . I didn't quit. That was before they diagnosed me with Lupus, which has corrected itself. I said SEPTA was also responsible. I bought a car that I couldn't drive for a long time because I had a brace on my leg and a sling on my arm. What's worse, I fell into a pool of urine at the bottom of the steps. Years ago, (before Stella Liebeck), a cup of hot tea splashed up on my face at McDonald's when my oldest son was a baby, left arm and right thigh. I still have scars on my arm and thigh. Someone also ran into me whhen I was going to pick up my children from school and I tripped and fell on a sidewalk walk and got a concussion. While I was on my way from work, someone crashed their SUV into the SEPTA bus my eldest son and I were on at the exact spot where we were sitting almost two years ago. Oh, my Pontiac Grand Prix spun out after an interview with Morgan Stanley while going onto the Expressway to go back home. I was interviewing for a job as a Financial Advisor. I believe there were nails in the road. A Police Officer had to help change my tire. It was a Pontiac Grand Prix. Someone also ran into my car when I was on my way to pick my children up from school. The impact bruised my chest and I passed out at first. I had to stay eith my mother because they gave me oxycodone. I don't remember everything, but I was in the hospital. It was too strong, and I had to endure the pain because I had to take care of my children. Mushrooms were growing through the floor of one house I rented because it kept flooding, and the last house I rented also had a serious problem with flooding, electric, heat, and some other structural issues. There was actually a hole in the wall of the house and water was coming from under the floor.
