I wouldn't mind getting one of these tools for around the home, just looked up the price and they aren't too bad here in AUS. Cheers for the video mate.

Yea there definitely not bad for the price!

Is this a vid on how to do or what not to do? mmm 🤔 Staying tune for the next drain clog with Ryobi tangled cable 👍👍
@thehandymanexperience226Ай бұрын
Lol 😆 probably what not to do
@ResidentialRepairsАй бұрын
I think the reason why you're having problems with the self feeder is because you put a different brand snake which is slightly thinner in diameter which makes your two flat plate arms that clamp around it unusable I would almost bet if you had put a Ryobi snake back in place it would have been self-feeding again I had a little issue almost similar just a thought.

@@ResidentialRepairs I didn't even think about that! Holy crap lol 😅 thanks man!!

I just bought one today. It clamped on itself to the point that I can’t unclamp it without it breaking. I went to return it, they refunded me and let me keep it because they can’t have bio hazard material on site. 😅 So now I’m here trying to fix it.

Ya… my new cable and the machine are still sitting in the barn. Kicked it the other day. Been waiting 3 years now to put that cable in it. In the meantime I drag my big machine into tiny sink clogs 😅

Hahaha I didn't want to wait this long but kept forgetting about getting that stupid torque bit!!

Do a review on the Bauer Toilet Auger.

That's going to be a sacrificial toilet auger. When I find the right scenario lol 😆

Ive been hunting a new option. For the price of the Ryobi, you get interchangeable heads? I bought the M12 drain auger very recently. Pile of junk at $280. Even the M18 version doesn't do interchangeable heads at $475. I used to run ryobi but sold all the tools and batteries I had last summer. Does the Ryobi spin pretty fast?
@thehandymanexperience22626 күн бұрын
@@scvic2006 I see what you're saying. I don't even change the heads but yeah it spins fast but it's slower than the M18 the auto feed

Just cause im wondering if the cable is supposed to just sit in the drum without attaching to it somehow. I'm just curious: that's one tool I dont own
@thehandymanexperience226Ай бұрын
@@aaronsherwood4835 yea it's weird I just sits in there. Your supposed to use a cable with a bulb on it to stop from fully coming out. But I don't care, problem is to make sure the cable is wrapped around the right way

kinda scary watching your treatment of your tools, followed by caring for them? your house your time...your money
