This is such a great advice👍🏻 I suffer from caffeine addiction and struggled many times quitting my addiction. I try ist on this way 👍🏻

Excellent I subscribed because I need all the positive in my life I can get here I have changed my eating habits I am eating lots of green vegetables plenty of good water and I still eat chocolate mostly dark chocolate it's very good for the mind I found you through Warrior poet📚🇺🇸🦅

The bad habit I have to shake is smoking I don't Facebook as a matter of fact I don't have any friends I'm a Loner I go to church but I really don't trust people

try dailyburn. just google it. it really helped me get on track to regular exercise. I would suggest the tbt one. good luck
