My 2 years experience finished on May 2024. I am onshore and now under 485.My company liked to apply 482 visa for me. After I received 482 visa can I apply PR visa on same year or Can I need to wait another 1 yr for apply 186 TRT. I am confused. I don’t have visa to wait until 3 years for apply 186 direct. Hi Karl, is it just me or is it a headache and a half just to change sponsors? HAHAHA! Would it even be worth it to change sponsors? Looking for sponsorship is very hard to do in itself. The next employer might also ask why you are changing sponsors. That might be an awkward conversation.
