Enlisted men (guardsman) use the smaller stiffer and hard plume, meanwhile SNCO’s and bandsman use the SNCO plume which is softer and much wider.

Absolutely a wonderful video. The band is super as is the guard. Who is the dm? Very nice to watch. And as usual the trombones are still the testosterone section of the band👍👍
