Good to know there will be more qualified professionals being certified.

Dr. Cliff, I have ReSound GN I purchased at our local Costco. Excellent price, but I'm not satisfied with the audiologist testing and setup. I still have issues with word recognition and getting good hearing at different levels of sound. Have a full test and program appointment in 2 wk. I have learned that only Costco stores can/will program these hearingaids. Bruce W

I've had a widex moment 440 hearing aid in my left ear fitted 2 months ago. I have mild high frequency loss. It's at full prescription now and configured via REM. However, I still don't hear jingle bells or other high pitched sounds that I can hear in my good ear. It's like the hearing aid just makes sounds I could hear already louder. Is this normal? My understanding from your videos is that a hearing aid should bring these missing frequencies and sounds back. Especially as its mild. Any advise would be much appreciated. Thanks

👉👉 Please start a national campaign to get more audiologists to adopt best practices. The closest best practices audiologist to me is over 1,000 miles and yes, I live in the US. Thanks.
