I know this is a little late but if your run that nut down on the bead breaker air cylinder shaft you'd gain another two inches or so of bead breaking ability.

I usually set the clamps just a little larger than the rim. Then it's just a push while clamping. Voila!

how big of a compressor do you need to run that machine?

I used a smaller 30gal craftsmen compressor for quite a while before I got the 60gal. The 30 gal. did run quite a bit, but it was only when breaking the beads on the tires.

Is motorcycle duck head and atv duck head the same?

I'm sure it would work.

Sweet tire changer. I don’t think I could justify that. I’ve never seen a tire split like that. Hopefully some warranty there.

ya, I probably should have contacted Metzler, still might have to do it.

Is their a date of manufacture on the tire? You could start your Tire business?

Yes, I think it was around the 38th week of 2017. I don't think my back would hold up changing tires all day, too old for that, Lol

Wouldn’t you just loosen those Allen set screws on the duckbill instead of pounding it on! ????
@VStromGarage2 жыл бұрын
They were backed off, it's a very tight fit

umm, back the set screws out? naw, just use a mallet! You can lead a Neanderthal to a tire machine, but you can't make him think.
